Hi leaving this review as a Hawaii local living in Vegas and I had to come on here and extend my aloha for my Budtender Jo-Linda she gave amazing customer service she was friendly, and positive and knowledgeable! She definitely took care of me and I look forward to coming back and seeing her again!

Jardín is the best dispensary in Vegas, this is the only dispensary I visit, Jardín always has a great deal and fair prices, also the customer service are excellent, I love this place because I find everything I need, I recommend everyone visit this place, thank you Jardin for your business

Genesis was my Budtender, she was very helpful, very pleasant, and definitely made my visit enjoyable. If you're in the area, drop by their downtown location and hopefully Genesis will be available to help you with all of your cannabis needs!

I was so impressed by my first bud tender, Andy and my next one, Ty. They were very kind and knowledgeable and walked us thru the list of items we were interested in. When we got home, I thought there were a couple of items missing from my sealed bag. I called the number and was so pleasantly surprised when Lera called me back within 30 minutes! I gave her my receipt number and told her that I was certain it was just an oversight and that no foul play had happened. (We had a confusing order!) Anyhow, I checked my receipt against my product and I was not charged for the items not in the bag! It was my bad. I called them back to tell them and, again, they called me right back. I apologized for the confusion and they were very gracious. Our experience at Planet 13 was positive from them moment we walked in until after the transaction...and the products were amazing. I love this place.

Was my first time visiting Las Vegas stopped here after waiting for awhile at another place. There was no wait and the guy who helped me was very informative, patient, and helpful with assisting me on finding what exactly I wanted and all for a great price that I don’t have here back at home in Texas. I’ve visited this dispensary in Vegas while on vacation for Christmas the entire vacation I continued to return to this dispensary because of the service and the employees I almost wish I lived in Vegas.

I started reading the google reviews about this business a couple of weeks ago, and I saw mixed reviews. At first I was hesitant on going in there solely based on those reviews, and I was pleasantly surprised. 1. Parking - Very wide amount of parking, and the entrance was easier to find than I thought it would be. 2. Waiting Room- When I first walked in, I saw a row of comfortable chairs, a TV on the wall, and very clean, professional looking. The wait didn't take very long, less than a minute from when I got in to going into the other room. 3. The Product Room - It was bigger than I expected, a clean atmosphere and very organized. All of the products were in plain view of the consumer, so you can tell what you're getting. 4. The Budtenders - Even though it was my first time in there, and I only had the chance to interact with one budtender, she seemed very nice. She seemed passionate about her job, very knowledgeable about the product and seemed relatable. She answered all of my questions, and showed me an assortment of products that she would recommend. I can tell that she likes working there and she respects the customers. 5. Pricing - I only purchased edibles, but to me they were fairly priced, albeit I haven't been to too many dispensaries, so I couldn't really tell you much. They did give a discount for first time customers, and a free pre-roll as well. Speaking on only about the price of the product I purchased, I can say the reviews had me expecting a very high price, but it turned out to be a fair price (for me anyway). Overall, I was pleasantly surprised about my visit there, and I will definitely be going there again for future purchases.

Went to Vegas on vacation and needed to pick up. We went to the big place Area 51 but it was a lot of over priced pot and nothing really stick out. Our next stop was Nevada wellness because they’re the only black owned dispensary in Nevada and it did not disappoint. The prices were great and they throw us a bunch of free product. I don’t mind spending too money on pot as long as it makes sense and they made sense. The staff was great and I think it was one of the owners we met who was also very kind. We’ll only go there now when in town.

These guys aren't trying to cater to the LA and Salt Lake scum bags. They have great prices and everyone is really cool. They've sold me the cheapest concentrates I've purchased in YEARS. Pandemic fucked up my wallet but these people keep me baked dirt cheap.

I was serviced by Evan today and he provided amazing quality care. By the time I walked out of the building I was smiling from ear to ear. Evan was very friendly, helpful, and patient. I was comfortable the whole time and enjoyed the atmosphere of the establishment. This is the best dispensary in Vegas and would recommend all my friends to shop here!

Would highly recommend to any tourist visiting or anyone in general. I’m a daily smoker and consistently smoking. These guys have a great attitude bud trending you, they’re helpful all the way around, and willing to help you get as many discounts as you can get.

The service was amazing, the staff were all friendly and mad helpful (Shoutout to Ye for the excellent service). You get amazing prices for quality product. 10/10
