I am by no means a cannabis expert and to be honest it can get pretty confusing. The budtenders at Mota dit a terrific job of listening to what i was looking for and suggesting products to address them! The CBD Balm was incredible. it took the pains of my weekend warrior activity away in a matter of minutes! No oily residue, no odor just relief! They also suggested a sleep liquid. One dropper and I was fast asleep in 40 minutes. Woke up refreshed with no grogginess! Thank you Mota! I will be back!

The young lady who assisted me and especially my patient who has several infirmities was especially informed about our technical questions. I thought her name was Allison but I was corrected that is was more like Alexis but slightly different spelling. She was a family member of the owners of the impressive Pecos Valley Production. Anyhoo, she was very informative and very good at service. I will also comment we thought the products we bought were of pharma quality for which I had been paying more before. I am from El Paso but recommend the Carlsbad store next to the Albertsons(?) grocery. I was also informed of the Pecos Valley Production store in Sunland Park, NM which is 10 minutes from my location. I highly recommend both stores!!

I recently purchased a plug n play grape ape soda from here and I’m definitely going to be returning. The customer service from both bud tenders a blonde woman and a tall curly haired gentleman was amazing. The storefront itself was cool and inviting they had so many options to choose from wether it was tree, wax, edibles, or carts and the prices weren’t bank breaking either they also have a loyalty program app that’s the name of their store and has more deals than WM

I recently visited flower and leaf and was thoroughly impressed. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, taking the time to understand my needs and make recommendations. The store itself was clean, well-organized, and had a great selection of high-quality products. I appreciated the emphasis on customer service and the overall positive atmosphere. This is a simply awesome dispensary and an outstanding small, local business. I shop here consistently. They don't have massive inventory but everything they carry is quality so whatever you get will be good. The customer service is excellent! The delivery is unbelievably quick, and the drivers are great. When I text them to ask them questions, they get back to me within 5 minutes (usually less). I've been here several times and they are consistently wonderful. I've been to the store in person and love the budtenders. It's not for dilettantes and hipsters. That's what those chain Walmart of Weed stores are for. If you're looking for a nice, low-key dispensary, Smartweed is an excellent choice.

My first visit was yesterday and I was impressed. The lobby was nice, clean and spacious and the workers were welcoming at first encounter. When I went to the back, Katherine, my bud tender was super nice and very knowledgeable about the product. She was great in helping me make a decision on my purchases and I love everything that I bought! I’ll def be back!
