I love this place! Working for the summer here and coming from Arizona these cats helped me navigate the Colorado weed world and I have found my spot! Staff is knowledgeable and super helpful if you’ve got no clue. Vibe is super important to me and having been to all the other Aspen spots this vibe is truly the best!

Every time I visit Elk Mountain Trading Post in De Beque, one of the highlights is seeing and talking with Troy!! He is consistently friendly, outgoing, professional, and genuinely makes you feel welcome. His knowledge of cannabis, THC products, strains, effects, and options is impressive, but what really stands out is the way he takes the time to listen and help you find what you're looking for without ever making you feel rushed or pressured. Great customer service isn't just about knowing the products—it's about how you treat people—and this guy gets it right every single time. He's consistent, personable, knowledgeable, and just an all-around great person to deal with. I actually look forward to seeing him whenever I stop in. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the products they have which are A LOT, they have a huge selection of edibles. I've tried their flower in the past and honestly wasn't super impressed, I did grab an eighth of their "Downtown Boogie" sativa and was pleasantly surprised in the quality. They have come down on price a lot too, I'll definitely be stopping back in again.

The service is awesome! I feel like I am back in a small town. Everyone knows your name and makes you feel welcome. I have been to several dispensaries and Best Colorado Cannibis tops them all. I first came here because of the great Med deals but then just decided the rec side was just as good. Every purchase adds money to my account. It comes in handy when your broke. I honestly cant say enough about the staff and the bud. These people will take good care of you and make sure you find the right high!

If you're a regular shopper just place an online order and pick up downstairs, upstairs is great but gets clogged up with tourists who want to ask about everything. Convenient location downtown!

I had never been to this place before and went there today solely based on reviews here. I was surprised to see how big the place was and how big of a selection they had. The person that helped me was very nice and knew the products. I ended up getting a disposable vape pen based on her recommendation and it fit my criteria- indica and no dank smell. They don't carry the charger I needed, but she was nice enough to recommend the shop a few doors down and they ended up having it. I will definitely be going here again.

My experience there is always stellar. Quality products that are well stocked. If they’re out of anything, they get it in, in no time. Staff is professional and friendly. And their mascot, “Milo”, is the cutest. The shop is also VERY CLEAN. Which means a lot. Their happy hour is great, as well as their loyalty rewards program.
