Lici helped me out today and I will be coming back just to see her and have her help me. I had ordered product online and she was able read me and my needs; which were not what I had ordered online. She helped me change my order and gave me some new knowledge to go with my beautiful products. I went in right before they closed and she, and other employees were very kind and didn’t make me feel like my late arrival was frustrating. Inside was beautiful, spacious, and clean. They are only delivery but that what you get in Marin, but they are great the guy on the phone was informative and really knew his buds. Asked him to make some recommendations and he was on it :) definitely recommend for anyone living in Marin. The delivery guy was even early, calls before they show up and was really nice. Fresh mint delivery was introduced to me by a coworker who knows that I love weed and different products that different companies make. They are professional they stand estimate when they’re going to be coming between 60 and 90 minutes example they have all the product they always tell you when they run out. They always explain the situation how you can use your points. How are you can order this and that. The drivers are probably the best experience. I have gotten all the drivers on time nice courteous they explained that they can help you out maybe if you have . Ordered delivery. Someone from the shop called to let me know delivery window for my area was late and if I was okay with that. I like the courtesy of letting you know you might have to wait. Delivery was in the window, delivery person was nice, and have enjoyed the purchase. First time, but won’t be my last.

I've been using Bento since summer of 2021, and they do not let me down. Impressive prices and selection, excellent and comprehensive Customer Service, and prompt friendly and accommodating delivery. It's delivery only in Redwood City per county statute, so atmosphere is just a fill in, since Leafly MAKES me rate it! (But when San Mateo County allows in person sales, I'm sure they will be as good in person as their delivery service!) ALWAYS great service! Delivery is super fast and professional. They've updated the entire buying/delivery process, so it's as fast and easy as can be. Nice, friendly delivery people, too! They are Covid safe, as well.
