Been going here for years, my fave dispensary hands down! Great selection of everything you could possibly want. I'd like to send a shout out to the last budtender who took care of me. Josiah went above and beyond to help me place an order for seeds, hunting them down and then calling me back to let me know what was available. Give Josiah a raise! Cheerful, helpful and knowledgable, made the whole experience a treat!

I come here at least once a week or 10 times a month... literally. The staff: it's a hit or miss depending on if they're new or not. I know some of the staff names as to Gio & Daniel. They're dope budtenders, knowledgeable and enjoy our small chats. I typically come in the night before they close, since I get off pretty late at 9:30 in Marin County, I always try to make it because it's open until 10PM, which helps me even if there about to close, I understand that it's a bothersome being that late customer but, there's no dispensary in Marin County open late, so crossing the bridge is worth it especially with welcoming staff that are true to their job and helping people with their needs. Always gives the best recommendations.

What I like about Grass Roots was that not only was the staff very helpful, hearing about their experiences with cannabis products helped me delve into a part of cannabis. That new part was edibles. I purchased the Huckleberry Wyld gummies and they gave me the best high I received in a while. Thank you Grass Roots SF!!!!!

They always make sure you find exactly what you’re looking for, whether it’s flower, vapes, edibles, or concentrates. The deals are unbeatable and the selection is the best I’ve ever seen — seriously the best selection ever!!! Lici helped me out today and I will be coming back just to see her and have her help me. I had ordered product online and she was able read me and my needs; which were not what I had ordered online. She helped me change my order and gave me some new knowledge to go with my beautiful products. I went in right before they closed and she, and other employees were very kind and didn’t make me feel like my late arrival was frustrating. Inside was beautiful, spacious, and clean. Friendly folks, welcoming layout, in and out quickly. Kind of a hidden gem for top shelf flower, w/ 2022 Emerald Cup winners in their inventory at ~$5 cheaper per eighth than anywhere else in the city at the time of this posting. Will definitely be back!
