The staff is always so kind and helpful! Today I bought and orchid cartridge and I thought that it was broken or if my pen didn’t have enough power to heat it up. Tony informed me that the pen did not have enough power! And as I was about to ask to purchase the pen needed for the cartridge, he gave me one for free! This place is awesome and you won’t regret checking it out!

Not gonna lie im writing this for the free weed but this place is pretty dank. Good selections of free magazines to collage with, dank flower... Not the best dispensary ive ever been to only because they dont carry my favorite medical strain (sour apple) but its one of my regulars if i just need a quick pick me up cause its right down the street.

I have a transition disorder... I can't change direction in a timely manner! I live 5 blocks away. I also live on cartridges and their prices are as good as anywhere else. I do use flower both to smoke and also for tincture and oil. I love high quality medicine but can't always afford it. I got an oz of the Techo Butter yesterday for $40 and I'm happy with it. Also, I think for such a small space, it is cute that they were putting up a little Christmas tree. Also appreciate the bulletin board for general info. I will be - right back.

This location has been been my weed-staple. Unlike other (corporate-minded) dispensaries, Empire Twin Palms is a customer-centric marijuana sanctuary. Every time I've been there, its been a pleasure. During my recent experience, I was helped by Hannah. She took the time to explain their "deal(s)-of-the-day" (a strategy where, working with vendors, they promote products). They have come around with new associates who are friendly and really have knowledge of the products they sell. A big change and welcome to see. Buds are outstanding. A great improvement in service and a nice open floor where everything is on display.
