Was my first time visiting Las Vegas stopped here after waiting for awhile at another place. There was no wait and the guy who helped me was very informative, patient, and helpful with assisting me on finding what exactly I wanted and all for a great price that I don’t have here back at home in Texas. I have placed many orders through this place and have always had a 10/10 experience. last night i received the wrong bag and i called them to let them know and it all got sorted out within an hour usually in scenarios like this theres sometimes questions because people CAN be dishonest and there was nothing but friendly discourse and we got it all sorted out. 10/10 always using this place

I was so impressed by my first bud tender, Andy and my next one, Ty. They were very kind and knowledgeable and walked us thru the list of items we were interested in. When we got home, I thought there were a couple of items missing from my sealed bag. I called the number and was so pleasantly surprised when Lera called me back within 30 minutes! I gave her my receipt number and told her that I was certain it was just an oversight and that no foul play had happened. (We had a confusing order!) Anyhow, I checked my receipt against my product and I was not charged for the items not in the bag! It was my bad. I called them back to tell them and, again, they called me right back. I apologized for the confusion and they were very gracious. Our experience at Planet 13 was positive from them moment we walked in until after the transaction...and the products were amazing. I love this place.

She definitely took care of me and I look forward to coming back and seeing her again!

Hash it out is a nice dispensary they have nice employees and they are a very clean store and they also sell good weed

I always go to the in store. I get the 105$ ounce. I mix and match 8 different strains. So 8 different 1/8ths. I also get the 2 grams of shatter for 30$. They have like 80%+ shatter selection. I get to mix and match 4 different half grams in the deal. Ok sundays they throw in free edible typically if you spend more than 60$ or so. The people are awesome people and chill. The only thing someone could say negative would be the wait time sometimes, but that just depends on the business or time of day. Overall the best deals I’ve found, especially being able to mix and match in the ounce of flower or dab. Very clean, organized and well kept as well.
