The store is beautiful. The products I found are quality, displays are in inviting . I’ve been in this store three times. Myself and the same friend, both of us found the one Bud Tender ( male, long hair, glasses) is always sarcastic and this last time very rude to my friend. I refuse to have him help me . Next time I will call him out. Younger gentleman with blonde hair, glasses is very knowledgable and friendly.
Hands down the best dispensary in the area, and best dispensary I’ve ever been too. It’s a cozy atmosphere, and the employees are nothing short of amazing. Truly a kind, and caring bunch who always ask how we are doing, asks how my family is doing, and it’s genuine. The products and prices are good, and I’ve never been disappointed. My friends suggested that I shop at this store and they were definitely right. We had a very educational discussion with the bud tender who answered all of our questions and helped an inexperienced friend figure out what she’ll like. We were very impressed. This place is beautiful. I mean it. Not only is it stuffed full of amazing products at really good prices, but it is covered in a literal jungle of plants. Every time I have come into this store, there is good music playing. And the budtenders are very knowledgeable and kind. Best customer service at a pot shop I've ever had.
Carlos is very knowledgeable about products offered at Desert Hot Springs location. He always shows best deals, tells folks when best time to buy is. prices are reasonable as well.

This is one of my favorite dispensaries in Palm Springs. They have a large stock and great sale prices. Budtenders are extra friendly and helpful.At 73, I'm a new MJ patient and they always answer any question I have. I recommend them to everyone.On a scale of 1 to 10 they are a 15.

I mean WOW. I've never been in a dispensary like this, it looks so cool inside! For what they offer, they had some great brand names at affordable prices. The drive thru was awesome! I mean, I didn't even have to get out of my car!!! How cool!!! Def coming back, can't wait to get my hands on some of that Area 41!!!!
