Staff is extremely knowledgeable on products and patient with customers. Sometimes they have a low selection on wax, cartridges, and pre-rolls, however when stocked up they have a great affordable selection. The layout is customer friendly and the products are displayed well. I would choose Top Shelf over WCO any day.

Been coming here for over 10 years. Back when the private reserve was the bombest stuff out. $25 a gram. Good times.. the staff has always been great there. The prices even better. They have a deal every single day. IMO its the best dispensary in the San Fernando Valley

I recently had an interview here, they decided to go with someone else, but they were so kind and the owner even called to tell me they went another direction which I've never had a job do before. They have great prices and deals every day that make it even better! The staff is friendly and have good recommendations for when I want to try something new. I don't like ordering delivery from other places because I've had some rude and incompetent delivery drivers before, but their driver Jordan is always nice and courteous. He's the best and I know that when he pulls up the order will be correct.

Ive been to several dispensaries in the valley but i keep coming here (for over a year) because of Olivia and Chase. I can confidently say that Olivia and Chase are two of the most knowledgeable, helpful and nicest budtenders I've met. Olivia turned me on to Krush cbd gummies and recommended a cbd vape which as a person with several chronic conditions was AMAZING. they always know all the deals and are able to recommend various products for various needs. I've come in asking for what they recommend for different things all the time. Red moon itself is very efficient has a decent variety or various types of products. edibles, flower, joints, infused or just flower, vape, etc. They're decorating more now too, lol.
