These guys are incredible, truly the best customer service I've had in 20 years. There was a issue outside of their control and I reached out about it. That same day, I get a call that leads to the manager Toby. Both he and the customer service rep were wonderful. Toby was SO phenomenally kind, funny, genuine and knowledgeable it blew me away. He made things more than right and was generous beyond what I've ever experienced. He offered me great advice and expanded my knowledge of the products too, using his own personal experience to connect with me. So honestly, this is the only dispensary I'll be using moving forward. I would strongly suggest you do the same. A+ Product A+ Service A+ Quality

Really appreciate the experience I had with this dispensary. It was my first time doing store front, usually I order delivery bc I've been intimidated to go out to a store. They made my experience such a pleasure. Ashley really took the time to answer all of my questions and was extremely patient and knowledgeable. I will definitely come back to US Bloom Collective! I heart Have a Heart Does not use Apple Pay I was escorted out of the store by one of their security guards very rude add Apple Pay I attempted to spend $200 before I was escorted out of The cannabis location, they do not support Apple Pay if you are going there and plan on using Apple Pay this is not a great location

Had ‌such ‌a ‌great experience with STIIIZY Alameda. Everyone was welcoming & actually helpful their recs were on point. I also tried delivery yesterday. Whole thing was way simpler than I thought it would be. Everything arived fresh no weird surprises just what I was looking for. Best dispensary in Alameda. I’m def coming back and you should check them out.

This place has some of the best products around.. I always pickup a few gs of wax and some sativa flowers. Never disappointed, 10/10 would highly recommend this spot. Hopefully see them left coast extracts pods in stock soon.

The name of the game is high end products at a price point that makes sense for everyone. I recently became interested in RSO tabs and found this shop with massive discounts. We swooped in and picked up two containers for less than a c note. That’s always a huge bonus!
