I’m from Eugene but every time I visit family in Bend I always stop by Substance on division. They are always so welcoming, helpful, and prompt. I’ve always had great experiences each and every time, and I highly recommend this place to people I know
The shop is big with easy parking. I enjoyed my bud tender and they recommended some fire Vanilla Orange Sprinkle.

I loved my visits to the sol store on 99th ave the budtenders are always respectful and so helpful even when I dont ask. no long wait lines. good prices.
Budtender was awesome (Char) and got me some amazing flower to try with my bogo (super lemon haze was FIRE) also went looking around the whole store for rso (which they have like 4 brands!!) really love the vibes and everyone in there said hi and smiled when I walked in. Super chill, definitely a good place to try!
Prices too high. Other dispensaries cheaper up to 5 dollars cheaper on baked bros.

the only concern I have is with the preroll filters the filters have too many folds at the center of the filter. Love the products I go here everyday sometimes more than once, I am a regular at this store the staff are friendly and try their best at satisfying their customers. plus it's the closest one to my home. Came in to get my Abundant Organics flower after creating an online order. I decided to go inside to look at some additional strains from Abundant, instead of taking the two half ounces I had ordered online. My bud tender was Rai - what great service she offered me! So sweet and patient, I truly appreciate her knowledge and expertise with what I wanted. Sure makes sense she has excellent skills and knowledge, she's been working at that very location for the past 4 years!!!!!!!!!!!! Keeping my fingers crossed she works there every time I go in from now on!!!!!!!!!!!!! Those are the managerial workers I like to see in dispensaries out on the floor!

Walked in and greeted with a smile. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful beyond expectation. This is the only place I go in Coos bay. Their prices can't compare to other shops around. Especially for indoor flower.
