this is pretty much the only spot I go to, and every time my brother and dad go with me they forget why they go anywhere else. can't recommend everything about it more!

I live almost directly behind this store. I needed something tonight so I walked over to get something. The website says they're open until 8. I got to their gate at 7:48. The gate was already locked and chained. I don't know about you, but when a store says it closes at 8 I expect them to still be open at 7:48. I need a pot store that realizes that lots of people buy their weed in the evening...

These guys are amazing! They are very knowledgeable and helpful. I’ve been in pain for 2 years and these guys had me try High Power tincture and for the first time in over a year I actually slept through the night with no pain! I can’t thank them enough.

I have been a customer at Pure Aloha for a few years. I always order online first, then quickly receive a rapid text message acknowledging the order, and soon after; most often within 30 minutes, the order is ready! The staff are always very pleasant and welcoming. The store is always tidy. The service is prompt.

Came up to Tahoe for a show and found this awesome dispensary. Super cool people and a great selection. Steph was my bud tender, so cheerful and accommodating. Staff was super helpful when I got a little overwhelmed with all the choices. 10/10 will go again!

I had to switch numbers and I was told by another dispo in town that because my phone number was attached to my rewards, I had to spend all my rewards because they couldn’t transfer my points to the new number. I went to Zen and they requested the rewards transfer and it will be done in 24 hours! I almost never write reviews but the service I’ve had at zen is amazing and I’m very thankful for their help.

My favorite dispensary to visit. They’re always well stocked with a wide variety of items, and the staff is consistently friendly and upbeat.

One of the best dispensaries I have ever been to. They have amazing strains to choose from, the Bigfoot Apple Fritter pre roll is my favorite. Guest service is on point too, Josh and Ginger are knowledgeable about their product, friendly and they always remember what I like. I would drive up the mountain every time to visit this location.

Finally made it; been meaning to try The Fireplace. It appeared clean and well organized. The tenders were professional and helpful.

Shopping here feels like being a kid visiting your friend’s house whose mom is kind of scared/anxious of you being in her house but will never actually say she thinks you’re weird out loud. Like she’s still really nice and includes you despite the concerned looks she gives you that see from the corner of your eye every once in a while. 10/10 this place is my go to.
