I rarely write reviews. I will this time only cuz I’m shocked how many negative comments are here and low ratings over petty things. This is literally the best weed shop I’ve ever been to, and I’ve shopped in three states for the entire decade or so it’s been legal. These folks communicate well, without talking out their a** like most of the budtenders I encounter elsewhere. If they don’t know the answer to a question, they admit that. They don’t just tell you a bunch of buzz words to dazzle you into a sale. On the other hand, they patiently teach me all sorts of stuff about terpenes, delivery mechanisms, etc. any time they aren’t too busy. For the first time in my life, I’m able to walk away with actual medicine, not just a bunch of pretty stuff that smells good. I’m able to get real relief without as many unwanted side effects. You might pay less other places, but you will get what you pay for in terms of both quality of product and quality of personal interaction. Also, while I don’t love the local charity they choose to rally behind, I DO love that they try and give back to the community in that way. I especially appreciate that I can be trans, disabled, and autistic and still be treated with complete respect and kindness there :)

I really like the staff here. Good herb and nice layout. Great location too right off the parkway on the south end and lots of parking. The young guy from WA was super nice and helpful.

The people who work at T3 are top notch. I do occasionally shop at other dispensaries but this one is my favorite because of the service and knowledgeable staff.

The new product selection is incredible—thoughtfully curated and clearly chosen with customers in mind. Whether you’re a seasoned cannabis user or just exploring, the staff makes it easy to find what you need. I personally struggle with sleep, and Jocelyn took the time to listen and recommend products that actually worked for me. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and completely on point. If you haven’t stopped by yet, do yourself a favor and check it out. This location is all about quality, care, and community. I can’t recommend it enough—go see for yourself!

Tokyo Starfish is hands down my favorite shop in Bend! The prices are great, the budtenders are all extremely helpful and some of the best bud I have ever had.

Stop reading reviews and just go see for yourself. Mystic moss is hands down the best you'll ever find. He doesn't sell anything but quality, for a better price than anyone. Trust me. Stop wasting more time and go see for yourself!

I was recently told about Cloud 9 from a friend, so I decided to try it myself. I am so glad I did, I firmly believe it is the best dispensary in town. Not only in it's product (which is top notch) but staff as well. Let's face it, if the staff are shitty then who's going to buy from you. I am more than happy with my choices, the staff were very knowledgable and helpful. Especially for Taylor and Charity! Those girls know their stuff. Go to Cloud 9, you will not be disappointed I assure you!!

Super cute place to chill and smoke. Food is ok, they were out of half the beverages on a Saturday afternoon. But overall great experience!

Ordered on line picked up later that day was in & out in 5 mins.

I drove by this place a dozen times before I realized it was a dispensary. It's located in an industrial area and blends in pretty well. A nice bonus is it happens to be on the way home from work. All the Staff was friendly and helpful. The selection was good and prices are on par with other places in the area. I'll be back

Forgot to grab something on my first trip here, so I popped back in to see if they had it in stock. Sometimes the website inventory is slightly different than what they have on the shelves so I always figure it's good to ask. Luckily Jayden was able to find two of the specific product I was looking for. Super knowledgeable and helpful guy!

I just had a great experience with these folks so I had to hop on and give them reviews on whatever platform I could find lol. These guys are so reasonably priced and they have these INSANE discounts. I regularly take advantage of their buy two 1g cartridges get one for a dollar deals. They're already cheap, so I regularly get 3 x 1g Raw Garden cartridges for a total of $56 (plus tax). That's a great deal for Raw Garden. You have to look at their calander in advance but the savings are nuts. The customer service has been lovely as well. There was a mixup when I was trying to order something with a discount today and they gave me a bunch of store credit for the inconvenience. They gave me more than I would have saved with the discount. That's going above and beyond imo. That's what prompted me to leave a review today, but it's not the only time they've hooked me up. I rarely go anywhere else these days. I recommend this place to friends on a regular basis.

I love spending time inside Florin! The budtenders are all fun-loving and happy and everyone is always in such a good mood! They take the time to get to know their customers and their personal tastes, so everyone gets an individual experience! They have a great selection of flower and vapes of all kind, including Heavy Hitters. As a Brand Ambassador for Heavy Hitters, I get to spend time here once a month bringing customers information and promotions! It is always a nice time, the budtenders are easy to talk to, customers are always taken care of, and there is overall a happy vibe in this shop! The natural lighting inside doesn’t hurt either! Florin wellness center is a great place to buy weed and it’s just right off the freeway!
