They made me feel comfortable as a first time customer and answered all my questions without an attitude. You can tell they actually care about the customer, not just the sale. I don't know that I've ever had an easier time at any dispensary...NV, AZ, CA, it don't matter. My dumb ass didn't catch the name of the tender that helped my homegirl and I, but she was sweet and hella patient with the two of us. The disposables and flower suggested definitely hit the spot and didn't break my wallet (that Garlic Mints tho, dayum). I don't live in Vegas, sadly... but if I did, this would be my go to for sure.

I was so impressed by my first bud tender, Andy and my next one, Ty. They were very kind and knowledgeable and walked us thru the list of items we were interested in. When we got home, I thought there were a couple of items missing from my sealed bag. I called the number and was so pleasantly surprised when Lera called me back within 30 minutes! I gave her my receipt number and told her that I was certain it was just an oversight and that no foul play had happened. (We had a confusing order!) Anyhow, I checked my receipt against my product and I was not charged for the items not in the bag! It was my bad. I called them back to tell them and, again, they called me right back. I apologized for the confusion and they were very gracious. Our experience at Planet 13 was positive from them moment we walked in until after the transaction...and the products were amazing. I love this place.

This spot show's professionalism some times the leaf be hard but the service is fuego. .more importantly my guy Mike was very attentive had mad info on product. Hello, I came in sometime during the A m hours .& Was Greeted by some really nice staff..and had the pleasure of being taken care of by Mathew whom seemed very knowledgeable and polite. I will be back here the next time I am in Vegas for sure.
