First time coming here, super stoked at the service I received. They were sold out of one item I had ordered online which sucked but I got amazing deals on a bunch of pre rolls. Only issue for me was the security.. on their phones, leaned against walls, attitude.. no real physical presence and as a veteran, these guys would be considered soft targets.

This was my first time at a dispensary by myself. I’m new to California, but not new to marijuana LOL. The staff was extremely friendly and extremely knowledgeable every step of the way. Starting from the security guard at the door to the sales representative who sold me the flower. Usually I only smoke sativa, so the sales representative directed me toward the perfect strain of flower. The experience was so wonderful that I ended up buying an extra cartridge. Ive been to several dispensaries in the valley but i keep coming here (for over a year) because of Olivia and Chase. I can confidently say that Olivia and Chase are two of the most knowledgeable, helpful and nicest budtenders I've met. Olivia turned me on to Krush cbd gummies and recommended a cbd vape which as a person with several chronic conditions was AMAZING. they always know all the deals and are able to recommend various products for various needs. I've come in asking for what they recommend for different things all the time. Red moon itself is very efficient has a decent variety or various types of products. edibles, flower, joints, infused or just flower, vape, etc. They're decorating more now too, lol.

I don't like ordering delivery from other places because I've had some rude and incompetent delivery drivers before, but their driver Jordan is always nice and courteous. He's the best and I know that when he pulls up the order will be correct.
