My friends suggested that I shop at this store and they were definitely right. We had a very educational discussion with the bud tender who answered all of our questions and helped an inexperienced friend figure out what she’ll like. We were very impressed. We’re visiting from out of state and were looking around for the perfect shop. We got the opportunity to work with Sarah who was very patient and super friendly. The shop itself has such a cool vibe I would absolutely come back. Shout out to security and front desk who were very knowledgeable and friendly! The whole experience was pretty far out.

This location has been been my weed-staple. Unlike other (corporate-minded) dispensaries, Empire Twin Palms is a customer-centric marijuana sanctuary. Every time I've been there, its been a pleasure. During my recent experience, I was helped by Hannah. She took the time to explain their "deal(s)-of-the-day" (a strategy where, working with vendors, they promote products). Be sure to check them out and holla at Hannah, or any of her awesome colleagues!

Our bud tender was attentive and guided us to selecting what I know will be one of our favorite new strains (Wish they carried Wonderbrett though)!

Overall a great experience — prompt notification that my order was being prepared, great communication when an item I ordered was no longer available, and offered a few good options to replace it. They provided a thirty minute delivery window, and I was pleased (and surprised) that they arrived within it. I'll definitely order again.
