I love this boutique dispensary! The only weed store in Livermore is nestled in wine country! It’s on the beautiful Darcie Kent vineyards. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable about weed products I have questions about including weed products to help me sleep or feel a little extra creative while I work on a project. If you’re looking to get your weed products and onto other errands you can prepay and place an order in advance. They offer delivery too. I started reading the google reviews about this business a couple of weeks ago, and I saw mixed reviews. At first I was hesitant on going in there solely based on those reviews, and I was pleasantly surprised. 1. Parking - Very wide amount of parking, and the entrance was easier to find than I thought it would be. 2. Waiting Room- When I first walked in, I saw a row of comfortable chairs, a TV on the wall, and very clean, professional looking. The wait didn't take very long, less than a minute from when I got in to going into the other room. 3. The Product Room - It was bigger than I expected, a clean atmosphere and very organized. All of the products were in plain view of the consumer, so you can tell what you're getting. 4. The Budtenders - Even though it was my first time in there, and I only had the chance to interact with one budtender, she seemed very nice. She seemed passionate about her job, very knowledgeable about the product and seemed relatable. She answered all of my questions, and showed me an assortment of products that she would recommend. I can tell that she likes working there and she respects the customers. 5. Pricing - I only purchased edibles, but to me they were fairly priced, albeit I haven't been to too many dispensaries, so I couldn't really tell you much. They did give a discount for first time customers, and a free pre-roll as well. Speaking on only about the price of the product I purchased, I can say the reviews had me expecting a very high price, but it turned out to be a fair price (for me anyway). Overall, I was pleasantly surprised about my visit there, and I will definitely be going there again for future purchases.

I've been using Bento since summer of 2021, and they do not let me down. Impressive prices and selection, excellent and comprehensive Customer Service, and prompt friendly and accommodating delivery. I accidentally missed my order this morning due, and I let them know and it was on its way back within minutes! If you are in Northern California (or are visiting) Bento is a must to at least try!

Wish you would reconsider about the shut down. It's a dam shame after all the excellent help they have done for Douglas, bisbee and Sierra vista area, and for my family that has arthritis it was a heaven sent the medication for them now sadly they will have to spend the days in pain. It's delivery only in Redwood City per county statute, so atmosphere is just a fill in, since Leafly MAKES me rate it! (But when San Mateo County allows in person sales, I'm sure they will be as good in person as their delivery service!) ALWAYS great service! Delivery is super fast and professional. They've updated the entire buying/delivery process, so it's as fast and easy as can be. Nice, friendly delivery people, too! They are Covid safe, as well. Harvest Bloom is my go-to provider, and has been for a couple years now - FINALLY giving a review. Highly recommended!

Ordered delivery. Someone from the shop called to let me know delivery window for my area was late and if I was okay with that. I like the courtesy of letting you know you might have to wait. Delivery was in the window, delivery person was nice, and have enjoyed the purchase. First time, but won’t be my last.
