Overall a great experience — prompt notification that my order was being prepared, great communication when an item I ordered was no longer available, and offered a few good options to replace it. They provided a thirty minute delivery window, and I was pleased (and surprised) that they arrived within it. I'll definitely order again.

I mistakenly complained about a charge on my Credit Card from NUGG. The mistake was all mine - I had forgotten that I asked for a three year membership (vs one year). This location has been been my weed-staple. Unlike other (corporate-minded) dispensaries, Empire Twin Palms is a customer-centric marijuana sanctuary. Every time I've been there, its been a pleasure. On February 15 my wife and I happened to come in at Happy Hour and had the most wonderful visit with the Budtender of Budtenders, Jay. She was so enjoyable & totally made our drive from Henderson WAY worth it! I also really loved talking terps & strains with her.
