These guys are incredible, truly the best customer service I've had in 20 years. There was a issue outside of their control and I reached out about it. That same day, I get a call that leads to the manager Toby. Both he and the customer service rep were wonderful. Toby was SO phenomenally kind, funny, genuine and knowledgeable it blew me away. He made things more than right and was generous beyond what I've ever experienced. He offered me great advice and expanded my knowledge of the products too, using his own personal experience to connect with me. So honestly, this is the only dispensary I'll be using moving forward. the consistent staff makes this place feel like home. The are cautious with bringing in new brands so the ones they carry they tend to love.

It's delivery only in Redwood City per county statute, so atmosphere is just a fill in, since Leafly MAKES me rate it! (But when San Mateo County allows in person sales, I'm sure they will be as good in person as their delivery service!) ALWAYS great service! Delivery is super fast and professional. They've updated the entire buying/delivery process, so it's as fast and easy as can be. Nice, friendly delivery people, too! They are Covid safe, as well. Harvest Bloom is my go-to provider, and has been for a couple years now - FINALLY giving a review. Highly recommended!
