Naturaleaf recently went thru a "face lift" and is now going by Feel state. They have a great selection of high quality products. Their staff is very knowledgeable and helpful in getting you the right medication for your needs. Their indica selection right now is killer and budtender Kaleb is killing it behind the counter! Highly recommend!

Just tried them out today and they were great. The staff way very nice and helpful. Buds looked good. Lots of selections. Got some diamonds I’m excited to try. I will be coming back.

Picked up some Diesel, Sour Diesel, Bleu Cheese & UK Cheese from here which was outstanding. The Sour Diesel & Bleu Cheese were top notch and the Diesel & UK Cheese were well above average. Definitely will be a return customer.

This has been my primary dispensary since 2017. It's always a pleasure to come in and get my medicine. They have a very consistant supply of edibles so that I know I'm always getting something thats going to work for me. Their concentrate selection is pretty immense, everytime that I come in I have new options to choose from. The level of service that I recieve is always top notch, the bud tenders are one of the best parts of the experience. They're very knowledgeable and welcoming. Furthermore, their rewards program is a nice was of saying "thank you" to their patients. I would definitely recommend Cannabicare!

You CAN NOT find better flower in the Springs especially for the price! All BIG buds, super sticky and stanky!!! Especially the glue, og18 and UK cheese! Paul is cool as a fan, always a pleasure doing business here and always leave knowing I’ve got some straight fire I’m about to smoke!!! Great prices on edibles too!!!!! Anyone that leaves a bad review on here is 100% full of shit and I bet their real name is Chad or Karen :P I’m a hardcore bud smoker have been for many many years, this place is it man….trust me!!!

A little surprised all 3 stores including this one had amazing service . They got me signed up so fast and hooked me up with starter bud as a sight bonus. Took tons of time with me and I will be definitely coming back.

These people are wonderful, very welcoming, kind and knowledgeable. The budtenders are exceptional and hip individuals that have all only ever treated me with the utmost importance and respect as a customer/patient. Including on my worst days or after I've been cleaning or bathing the dog they are still as courteous as can be. They are appreciative of their clientele and express this with great products and prices. Earlier and later hours are a plus and they even have great sales and have customer appreciation days with barbeques, music, swag and more sales. Often they have a food drive to help with community challenges and awareness. Which I think is again exceptional as well as inspirational and phenomenal. As a first-time red card holder in Colorado Springs, I recently had the opportunity to visit a medical marijuana dispensary and was blown away by my experience at this particular dispensary. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff Chris and Amber who were eager to answer all of my questions and help me find the right products to meet my needs. The dispensary itself was clean, organized, and had a great selection of products. I was impressed with the variety of strains available and the different methods of consumption, including edibles, tinctures, and topicals. Chris took the time to educate me on the different strains and their effects, as well as the best methods of consumption for my specific needs, especially the edibles!! One thing that really stood out to me was the emphasis on safety and responsible use. Chris made sure to explain the importance of starting with a low dosage and waiting to see how it affects me before consuming more. He also provided clear instructions on how to properly use each product. And was pleasantly surprised by the education I received from Amber regarding the process of the medical marijuana plants transfers. As a patient, it can be overwhelming trying to navigate the legal requirements for growing, obtaining and using medical marijuana, but Amber at this dispensary took the time to explain the process in detail.
