I loved talking w/John the pharmacist to expand my knowledge on medical marijuana. He was clear, knowledgeable and caring. He genuinely cared. He made it easy for me to ask questions. The staff was extremely caring and knowledgeable they had an innate way of making you feel comfortable and they were like a team in helping me figure out which strain/ terpenes were best for my conditions. A breath of fresh air coming to this dispensary. They make you feel welcome, at ease and knew their stuff. Thank you! Sue

I have been shopping at beyond hello in Ardmore for a couple years it is the only dispensary I go to they have the best products and the staff is incredibly friendly and personable hands down best dispensary would recommend to anyone and everyone

Triple chocolate cookie live rosin was great. Coming from VT where concentrates are capped at 60% it was nice to get some dank. Nice atmosphere and budtender was kind and I didn’t feel rushed.

Great conversations with the staff, lots of variety in the cartridges. The transportation credit is another plus. First time visiting, definitely will be back!

Love NETA Brookline! My go-to dispensary for almost 4 years. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, impeccable and diverse products, and always reliable. Particularly appreciate the Specials, which as a Medical Patient, give me considerable savings. Located is a splendid Art Deco style building that was once a back, with a stained glass ceiling feature. Thanks NETA.

What I love about dispensaries is the customer care. The knowledge, openness, experience… I just love budtenders. I do have my favorite. Doobie delivery. I met Angie because I’m a disabled veteran. They don’t have that discount available so she added the percentage anyway with some computer voodoo. It is her passion… what can I say? She repent a great deal of time figuring it out. And when we spoke I detected her determination and compassion. Her voice is kind and lively. It’s like we have known each other since childhood. I kid you not. She had me laughing so much. She is so honest it’s delightful and I hung up feeling happy, like Angie.s voice. Thank you so much. And I call there first if I need information because Angie does her homework despite the 20 years of experience. Because she uses a personal approach. I pass about 4-5 dispensaries on my way to Rise and this is one of the only dispensaries that I shop with now due to the staff, quality and the pricing! The recent transformation at the KOP location makes you want to keep coming back. I love the history of cannabis that is illustrated on the walls and also admire Teagan, Lauren and the guys at Rise for ALWAYS being so pleasant, professional and courteous. I was very easy to find what I needed on the menu. Their security and lobby staff are friendly and made me feel safe and welcome. The bartenders at the cash wrap area were very helpful, friendly and gracious. I can highly recommend visiting this dispensary.

I’m surprised by some of the reviews on here. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences here. I’ve been in numerous times and everything has always gone well. The staff have been super friendly and helpful. The products are top of the line, and fresh. I have some strains here with harvest dates two weeks ago. That’s fresh and the prices are the best I’ve found. I see some pretty rude customers waiting in line…. Maybe a please and thank you and a tip goes a long way too… I’m a medical patient with a fused back & neck- I manage my pain well going here. I’ve been to many dispensaries being from California and you guys ate awesome! Thank you.
