They were over loaded with people and kept there professionalism !! TARINA, MERCEDES, and ANDREA were the only ones there, but they kept it moving!!! This was my first visit to this dispensary and wow! They have friendly/excellent customer service. I did not ever feel rushed and Michelle kindly answered all of my questions and was super helpful and friendly. I’ve had experiences elsewhere here in Florida where the employees look like they hate their lives working in a certain dispensary and I never felt welcomed and always felt like a number. Not here. Excellent selection of quality medical product, accessories and great first time promotion. I will definitely be back!!

Surterra Wellness not only has the most knowledgeable and professional staff but the best quality strains but the only consistent inventory. Surterra is far and away the best dispensary in my opinion

The medtenders and front desk host are very friendly and are willing to fit every need you could possibly have. Their products are by far the best I’ve had in my 3 years of being a patient. I highly recommend the new Keif that MUV released. It is very helpful when needing an extra kick for pain or sleep. Overall, beyond satisfactory.

Great staff. Very knowledgeable and eager to help suggest products that might solve your challenges. Products are high quality. These guys focus on fewer strains, but IMHO have higher quality, more easily consumed products. Their pricing is competitive as is their rewards program.

Walked in and felt very welcome. Nice clean store with great products. They do sell THCA that is amazing. Nice is you don’t have a Florida medical card. Would highly recommend you paying them a visit if you are in the area.

People be so sensitive to the wrong things. Pay attention to how things are and it speaks for itself. I enjoy coming to this location although the experience is way different than the Cali one I visited. This isn't all that bad, but you can see the room for so much improvement, which is good. All in all, awesome place all around.

I love this place and it's been my favorite dispensary since I've gotten a card. The staff is incredibly helpful and make thoughtful recommendations (not just the most expensive product or any add-on's they can sneak in). It's the best qualify for the cost and unlike some dispensaries, the quality is consistent. The rewards program is definitely generous and they have great sales. I didn't have much experience with THC when I first got my medical card and they walked me through what to expect from each product and I felt comfortable trying new products after speaking with them. Their edibles are also the best for effectiveness and flavor, but their flower and carts are also great and they always have a pretty good variety available. Def recommend.
