I’ve been using trulieve for 2 years now, it’s always consistent minus one incident they were more then willing to correct or compensate. Trulieve is my forever home for my medicine and information on cannabis products and how to use them correctly and safely. Also huge shout out to Christal and Stacey for always insuring my order is precise and correct her and Stacey go above and beyond always.

The staff at this dispensary are vert professional & polite. I bring in my service dog Zeus. The staff is amazing with him. Thank you for going out of your way to make customers & there animals feel comfortable.

We stopped in on way home and the 2 employees were helpful, friendly, personable and made our 1st visit to this location feel comfortable.

A few weeks ago my husband and I met Tim from The Greeen House while visiting Marriott Crystal Shores on Marco Island, and he was fantastic! He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable about the products. He even gave us some awesome koozies, which was such a nice touch. What really stood out was his honesty — if he didn’t know the answer to something, he didn’t pretend to. Instead, he recommended we stop by the store and speak with Sally, and she was absolutely amazing too! She took the time to answer all of our questions and made us feel completely comfortable. Tim recommended the Lullaby Gummies and said they were the best seller in the store since we were looking for sleep aids. Sally confirmed it when we went in, and they were spot on! We got Tambra’s card and will definitely be ordering more when these run out. We both have been sleeping like a baby! The customer service from both Tim and Sally was top-notch. You can tell they genuinely care about helping people have a great experience. Highly recommend stopping by The Greeen House on Bald Eagle if you’re on Marco Island! A fantastic budtender named Sofia Deer,Aassisted me, an old 69 yr old that couldn't get Can Pay right. She was extremely patient and wonderfully pleasant. You should be proud to have an employee like her. It's a reason I keep coming back. BRAVO Sophia!!

Thank you to the amazing staff at the Okeechobee store. You guys are amazing. You make it look seemless and effortless. You always wear a smile no matter what is going on. We didn't feel the shortage of Mini's as much as all the other stores because Sabi took care of us. She went thru hell and high heaven by reaching out to the Managers of the Suppliers. We don't feel a lot because of Sabi and her incredible staff. Savannah thank you for your beautiful smile and always being attentive to everyone. Lauryn, thank you for being simply awesome. Any negative reviews older than the last year need to be disregarded. This place is amazing. All their flower is well grown and cured. They have a large menu and plenty of deals to fit anyone. Best thing is it's consistent. Not like the Walmart of weed on Bonita Beach road. Truly it's not. The staff here rocks. Always friendly and always knowledgeable. They even go out of their way to get you the best deals for your purchases. Try that at the walmart...nope. If you want top shelf medicine without being taxed $60 for a nice heavy glass jar filled of, maybe it's good this time maybe it's not, the go to Sunnyside. Them folks got it going down.

I came back all month before I would consider going anywhere else. Excellent products I enjoyed many strains of flower, some great tasting and potent vape cartridges, their Soft chews are great. Tinctures are FIRST CLASS. Website and app are both easy to shop with, reviews and accurate descriptions.

Let’s be real, the Green Wednesday deal is bomb but honestly, I’m writing this review solely to show some appreciation and recognition to the staff! Dave was probably the most witty, down to earth dudes I’ve met during my dispensary adventures.... hell, everyone was throwing that vibe! The bud is great, the deals are awesome but the atmosphere, it’s PERFECT!! No doubt I’ll be visiting them again real soon!!

This store has such a happy positive vibe! The products are solid and staff is fire. Im enjoying the blue berry waffle bud I got a few weeks ago tonight. I saw a sour review a few days ago but I really can’t imagine that place or the staff being anything other than helpful and kind. Keep up the good work
