This was my first trip to a Florida dispensary, and I was not disappointed. Great product and service.

Atmosphere is chill & modern . I got a $1 pre roll for having an august birthday . Awesome . I got a 1/8 of GingerBread Man Flower . Super super dank , one of the best strains I’ve come across . Wish I could add a pic of the bud . Green orange and purple with super bright white crystals all over . Really realizing strain . I hope I can get it again one day soon !

I absolutely love coming here. The quality of the products is definitely better than any other dispensary in the area. Everytime I come Dion is a pleasure to deal with and always gives good information about the products I'm looking for, he is very helpful which is nice since in alot of these dispensaries noone really knows anything about the products. The team here seems very nice and knowledgeable as well, it is always a pleasure when shopping here. I will continue to come back.

A few weeks ago my husband and I met Tim from The Greeen House while visiting Marriott Crystal Shores on Marco Island, and he was fantastic! He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable about the products. He even gave us some awesome koozies, which was such a nice touch. What really stood out was his honesty — if he didn’t know the answer to something, he didn’t pretend to. Instead, he recommended we stop by the store and speak with Sally, and she was absolutely amazing too! She took the time to answer all of our questions and made us feel completely comfortable. Tim recommended the Lullaby Gummies and said they were the best seller in the store since we were looking for sleep aids. Sally confirmed it when we went in, and they were spot on! We got Tambra’s card and will definitely be ordering more when these run out. We both have been sleeping like a baby! The customer service from both Tim and Sally was top-notch. You can tell they genuinely care about helping people have a great experience. Highly recommend stopping by The Greeen House on Bald Eagle if you’re on Marco Island! Most incredible experience at a dispensary hands down! I lived in OR for a year and a half and frequented different dispensaries for medicinal marijuana. Now after moving back to Florida I got my medical card and visited Trulieve for the first time. All amazing discounts and variety aside - the customer care and service they provide is top tier. Kat helped me choose a variety of strains to help with my anxiety and stress and she delivered not only a kind conversation but a HIGHLY informative experience. She was super relatable and easy to talk to and I actually had a great time speaking to her. Will absolutely be returning to have her help me in the future. The rest of the staff is also super kind and ready to help and over hearing their conversations with other customers/patients I could tell we were all in very capable hands. 10/10 do recommend!

I hadn't shopped here in a while and was pleasantly surprised. Hands down the best selection and quality of vapes in this area, keep in mind there are 3 other dispensaries down the road which I've shopped recently. The bud was decent a little dry but i got a deal therefore shouldn't complain. As a walk-in I was in and out in like 15 min. Place had a good vibe and personally had a good experience and so did my service dog, i will shop here more often.

These folks are hands down the closet I've gotten to California bud and thier tinctures are perfect to make moon rocks. Staff are so amazing and extremely helpful and down to earth

I ain’t mad at ya! u were a jewel & i appreciate u & my unbelievable Trulieve family I’m sincerely a Truliever! from denzel to the wizard tommy erikk n my guy w glasses n jason n to my beautiful soul lexie, tony the hardest working man in dispensaries too many to name.. i do wish to offer this. judy is nice but kinda just seems to be there yet when lady there a dark haired lady presenting a learning opportunity. the faces u made & attempts at whispering were not well received yet i’m not mad it just made me uncomfortable. potentially this could lead to a diversity council or training. upon entering ur door itslike finally making it to shore & like it or not everyday u show up there the onus is on u to be nothing but at the least courteous in ur capacity. let’s take this offline & work together.. cj sparkkk

Every time I visit, I am always waited on by incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly staff. I’ve been helped by Sabrina and Carlos, who I informed of what I was looking for in my medication and fitted me with the perfect remedy. I always leave happy and impressed with the products I purchase. Quality products, quality staff.

Good service and quality of products. Has been very consistent here for me. Enjoy them having visible flower for patients to see different strains. Big step above other dispensaries who don’t have some of their flower visible for patients to see. Their rso is fantastic.

I dealt with Josh, and he was so helpful and knowledgeable that is made my experience easy. He was marvelous to deal with. I highly recommend this shop and this location of it, as they have continuously been wonderful to me, which has been very helpful with my acute chronic pain.

There's always some kind of promotion going on, which means savings for you. New customer discounts, daily deals, etc. make Trulieve attractive, but their high-quality products keep me coming back for more. Check the online inventory at your location just before it open and reserve your products, then pick them up within 24 hours at your convenience. You gotta love it.

Trulieve is the holy land. Straight up. Strains that I grew up with in the 90s, got me hooked! I frequent the SS Estates and Jax Beach locations the most…sometimes multiple times weekly.
