I have bought from multiple dispensaries and have found Trulieve to have the best products and most efficient service. Until today I have always used their delivery option (which is outstanding since they accurately give short window times and call before delivery). Today though, was the first time I purchased in store. I was served by Bianca. I don't have enough space to write the glowing review she truly deserves but I honestly don't think I have received better service in any retail location for any product. She definitely left a positive impression that I won't soon forget. I hope management comes to realize that her potential is being underutilized, and that she will drive success and prosperity to the company. Thank you Trulieve and Bianca!

I love this store, I used to have to commute to Winterhaven for my medicine now I shop locally!!! They had a brand new variety of products today when I stopped by and The staff are always positive and happy to see you when you walk in, always smiles! They know exactly how to help you and are always getting new items in each week. I feel like part of the team every time I stop in for my meds! this place is a huge success, thank you!

So I tried the Divine Storm X Triangle Bx1 today and it’s awesome. Love the taste and satisfying. Gives instant relaxation, and doesn’t make you tired. Really hope they bring this strand permanently to the menu.
Had just gotten approved for my card. First place I went the following day. Very new and not totally sure what to do. I knew what issues I wanted to handle. The person (wish I could remember her name) took her time and explained things but did not overload me with too much information. Prices were cool even without the discounts and sale items offered. But that was a nice plus. Definitely going back. Thanks for the help.

I stopped by on 420 and I was very surprised. I found that Truclear 9lb hamner concentrate was on sale. Scott was very knowledgable and helpfull. I go to Trulieve because I know that I can trust Trulieve to have the very best products. I highly recomend Trulieve and their products. My experience here was great, despite having bad experiences at other Muv locations. The employees at Auburndale Muv were extremely friendly and provided helpful info about sales. There were several good strains available to choose from and the wait was relatively short.
It was comfortable, welcoming and the girl who helped me was absolutely stellar! Everything I got has been a huge help to me in getting theough my days with a lot less issues.

This is the fastest dispensary in the area! You can get in and out quickly and the team works very well with the new manager Katie. I have been a customer for over two years and I know every person in the building. They have three very comfortable chairs/sofas. This place rocks!

Amazing staff and atmosphere! I really don't see a reason to go anywhere other than MUV anymore. I don't have to wait in long lines, and it is decently priced compared to the competition. MUV just got a shopper for life.

I decided to up my products and today purchased a Loofa Dragon Egg. I had never used a product like this so the associate members at the Lakeland facility took their time and explained to me exactly how to use it and what not to do and gave me some very good advice.
