I’ve been helped by Sabrina and Carlos, who I informed of what I was looking for in my medication and fitted me with the perfect remedy. These folks are hands down the closet I've gotten to California bud and thier tinctures are perfect to make moon rocks. Staff are so amazing and extremely helpful and down to earth

I ordered tropical runtz @ 27%thc when I picked it up and received it ......it was 24%thc . all I am saying is let the customer or patient know before they get disappointed. That's a big difference in strength.

I love Surterra Wellness (Park St location) compared to any other dispensary in Jacksonville! So.. being new to this Florida legal marijuana industry Fluent on Atlantic Blvd Jax was my 1st time purchasing . As a 1st time customer I had a 50% discount. I purchased 2 3gram containers and was given the discount on only one container instead of my total order. I was okay with that until I visited Surterra on Atlantic and was given the discount on my total order.. which is what I thought was going to happen at Fluent. If you’re looking for the best 1st time buyer discount… avoid Fluent. Other than that is was a great experience at both. Very knowledgeable, nice and definitely will visit both again.

Good service and quality of products. Has been very consistent here for me. Enjoy them having visible flower for patients to see different strains. Big step above other dispensaries who don’t have some of their flower visible for patients to see. Their rso is fantastic.

Trulieve is the holy land. Straight up. Strains that I grew up with in the 90s, got me hooked! I frequent the SS Estates and Jax Beach locations the most…sometimes multiple times weekly.

Sunburn is my go-to dispensary. The employees are always so friendly and knowledgeable and I really like their products. Suburn has great deals too. Jasmine, specifically, is so kind a friendly. I mentioned my birthday was coming up and she explained my free bday pre-roll for my birthday month. I had no idea about it and it was great to get an extra treat to my order! Thanks Jasmine!
