I ordered tropical runtz @ 27%thc when I picked it up and received it ......it was 24%thc . all I am saying is let the customer or patient know before they get disappointed. That's a big difference in strength.

So.. being new to this Florida legal marijuana industry Fluent on Atlantic Blvd Jax was my 1st time purchasing . As a 1st time customer I had a 50% discount. I purchased 2 3gram containers and was given the discount on only one container instead of my total order. I was okay with that until I visited Surterra on Atlantic and was given the discount on my total order.. which is what I thought was going to happen at Fluent. If you’re looking for the best 1st time buyer discount… avoid Fluent. Other than that is was a great experience at both. Very knowledgeable, nice and definitely will visit both again.

This was my first time in to Surterra and MJ was so helpful! She fully explained all the products and helped me make a selection that was best for pain management.

I love Surterra Wellness (Park St location) compared to any other dispensary in Jacksonville! Will definitely be making this my go-to dispensary because of their knowledgeable, helpful, and great/kind employees and customer service! I definitely understand why they stand behind all of their products because they live up to everything they say about them! They have some PHENOMENAL strains... The Platinum Sugar, Banana soda are Fire! Staff is Freindly, and knowledgeable.

Sunburn is my go-to dispensary. The employees are always so friendly and knowledgeable and I really like their products. Suburn has great deals too. Jasmine, specifically, is so kind a friendly. I mentioned my birthday was coming up and she explained my free bday pre-roll for my birthday month. I had no idea about it and it was great to get an extra treat to my order! Thanks Jasmine!

Great people and relaxing atmosphere, very knowledgeable. I had Kyle assist me and was super helpful. Manager also stepped in to help replace a puffco that had failed and treated me really good, hooked me up.
