This is David Bruce Bennett, just wanted to say thank you so much Surterra, for having such wonderful products, and med tenders, I would like to thank, Makalia, Brad, Chris, Brittney, Kenneth, Tre, and others, as I will learn your names, also, anyway, I wanted to leave a tip, as they are working hard to keep us medicated, but did not see a tip jar, I would like this to change!!, this plant is one of the reasons I stay in this world, as I have a severe mental illness, bipolar 1, so please change this Surterra!! Great store. Great quality of products. Little more expensive than other dispensaries but worth it usually because of quality. Employees are always pretty nice. Only thing that’s not amazing is I’ve noticed it will take a minimum 20+mins to get checked in, seen and pickup your products. Opposed to other stores in town taking 5+ mins. However definitely recommend.

Love this store. Always quick in-and-out. Online ordering/pickup is easy and convenient. Employees are always friendly and have great knowledge about the different products. Price is the best in town as well. Hands down my favorite dispensary.

I came in today for the 8/20 super sale today and I was being helped by Serena. While waiting on my medication to be dispensed I noticed a very polite bud-tender Aja was handling a very disgruntled customer. He was very rude to her and not at any point in time did she break her cheerful character. She saw the sale to the end with a smile and a positive attitude. Aja should be commended on her sales and customer service skills. Please done let these actions go unnoticed.
