My bud tender today was Sara. She's always so nice and very helpful. I'm still learning the "weed talk" and Sara has helped tremendously.

Was a little hard to find my first time; look for the Lucid sign near some high voltage lines along Auburn Way, same parking lot as a coffee stand - it's a small shop with frosted windows towards the back of the complex. Staff were friendly and flower selection seems pretty good with both quality and budget options - ounce of Zoo Dawg I got from them looks great! Was not busy early evening on a Saturday - easy in and out, good online order experience. Definitely keeping them in mind next time I need to run errands near Kent/Auburn!

Well it’s busy and on Friday afternoon and 25% sale day it looked to be “4end of the world day “ but that didn’t stop my staff member from helping me with everything to get it right. And prices were fantastic everything I got was nearly on sale .

I don't know what the he'll that person we will let it be that person. The people who work at old Toby are very sweet and treat you like family so all to those people with nasty comments can suck it.

I met with Skylar 7-23-24 looking for specific products that would help alleviate some side effects from a new medication. He immediately took me the doozie edibles and then gave me grape ape as I wanted smoke alternative. Skylar knows his stuff folks! The uncomfortable side effects I wanted gone are gone. This is one of my favorite dispensaries in Tacoma, the staff is always very knowledgeable and friendly. I love the lemon slushee by fire bros. Chaos helped me today and he was very attentive and friendly. 5 stars all day long!

I have been a customer here for a few months now and I have just got to say that Budtender Maggie is absolutely amazing. She is always very interactive with her customers, knows what to recommend and even recommends things that follow with what I am trying out and like the effects of. She is such an awesome lady and I hope she is there to stay for good. I don't typically like going in unless she is working because she just knows me and what I smoke and is always giving me ideas for awesome new weed to try. Chris is also a very nice guy. Doesn't seem to recommend a whole lot of different strains, but I don't think he smokes a wide variety either. Which is cool because not everyone wants to smoke the alphabet and some of our number system. ;) If you are ever in the area and need to make a pit stop for some green, this isn't a bad spot to do it. The only negative thing that I have to say about this place is that it is small and doesn't have a huge variety, but for how small it is, the variety is pretty generous in my opinion.

Excellent service and INCREDIBLE ETHICS! Recently when paying I shoved my $ in my pocket. 2 days AFTER I realized I was short 2-$100's I lost that day. Then AFTER 2 more days they called asking if I'd lost something. After much reviewing of video they concluded the 200 they found was mine!!! ELEVATION ROCKS!!!!! Absolutely the best dispensary in America. Second place is not even playing the same sport, let alone in the same league. I visit my sister in this amazing small town, and get the absolute best quality products for amazing deals every single time. They have a mix and match policy by tier. Want 6 different strains for your top shelf ounce? They charge you the same unit price. Need a 25 dollar OZ? They never let you down. Real talk, I have been to most states and most of the go-to places. Oregon is the best state, House of Dank is the best dispensary. (Higher Elevation in Bend is second place)

I'm a regular customer. Ordering online is convenient, and grants some pretty good discounts. The shop always smells amazing, and the staff are equally pleasant. My order is always promptly filled, and ready by the time I get there. My only gripe is that Indica edibles are a bit on the expensive side. Would recommend to a friend.

Clean, crazy good product, awesome people. I recommend this place. This shop is one of the best shops around love the weed and the people are nice . They got a good variety of all different types of cannabis products. Real good customer service, love the weed, all the tenders are great people!

Pound for pound the best customer experience in Florence. Knowledgeable staff with decades of experience. Comparable products and competitive pricing. Much better consistency across the board over competitors. Overall, it's not worth wasting time, energy, or resources going elsewhere. I've learned that the long time local business is family owned and operated and it really shows in the care and thoughtfulness they demonstrate with their customers especially with elderly people who have more specialized needs.

The best prices for great weed that I’ve ever seen. I’ve been to exactly ONE very slightly cheaper one (like, by a few dollars), but the weed wasn’t as good. Everywhere else in Florence is far more expensive for the same stuff. I’m one to think everything is expensive, so when I see something that’s comparatively inexpensive AND it’s good? That’s awesome. Plus, they’ll usually help you find more bang for your buck (there are deals all the time). The service is great. Everyone there is kind, asks how I am, remembers what type of thing I like (“Why aren’t you dabbing anymore?” “I think you’ll really like this flower.”), asks about my family, just, like... all things that make me feel like they’re your friends. I have severe social anxiety and it’s pretty much the only place where I can talk to people on my own, AND without feeling judged. I’ve been going here for over a year and a half, and everything’s been so great with them that the only time I buy from other places is when I’m in Eugene and it can’t wait. Overall, very impressed. Have always been impressed with them and will continue to go here for years to come.

Great visit for someone still learning the ropes of modern cannabis. Grabbed some edibles on sale and the person working was very helpful in explaining the highs of each. Also just felt less intimidating and more efficient than other places I’ve visited.
