This is my go to dispensary outta the two here in Erie, people are awesome and friendly and also very knowledgeable, they can help you recommend a strain or vape cart for your specific needs the atmosphere is great, I've never had an issue with anyone here at this dispensary I'd recommend this dispensary to everyone they do a great job....thanks and see yah soon!

All these crazy reviews is funny anyway staff always are big help the door is always answered phone rings twice and someone picks up every time I go in they playing some good jams and just living it up and that’s what it’s about glad to be a patient there

Jasmine and Shaylin these two young ladies are always so eager to help to make sure that you understand what you're getting and they're always very polite very nice they always have a smile on their face I'm handicapped so they are always very helpful to get me in and out of the doors and out to my car I am so pleased with these young ladies they are the best they do their best and they work really hard

Rise is my favorite dispencery to go too. The deals are amazing half the time the people are very friendly you walk out feeling like you're part of one big family lol I have to give a huge shout out to (LU) She's very friendly! Her customer service skills are great! She made a comment that had me smiling the rest of the day. She interacts with people very well in my opinion! Twice before while purchasing I had Zack for filling my order. What a knowledgable, kind, professional young man. He reviewed products specific to my questions and symptoms. He even provided multiple web sites and explained full spectrum and products to research with different terpines. I changed dispensaries and now will only go to PGH west, north Fayette. Best dispensary anywhere around by far! Incredible quality products with a wide variety of options for anything you could possibly need or want. Extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly staff are super welcoming every time you walk in…. I’ve had a ton of questions about strains and products because I have to be extremely careful due to my anxiety/ptsd and every time I have any questions they go above and beyond to help me. The shop is super laid back with a great vibe and they have some really cool art murals and paintings on the walls. I love to tell people I meet or people I know about Stairway, how much they have helped me and how fabulous they are, I will be a loyal lifelong customer! 13/10 stars

Organic Remedies in the North Hills was my introduction to the dispensary world. After three years in the program, OR is still my preferred place to go. From the standpoint of products, their THC/CBN capsules are something that actually help me sleep. I’m a professional insomniac, and nothing ever helps me sleep (that doesn’t leave me feeling it the next day). But the products I get here, for a very reasonable price, have helped more than anything I’ve ever tried. And I feel great in the morning. The tinctures work really nicely for me as well. I use them in addition to the CBN capsules. The Troches are an amazing deal. It’s nice to have options that don’t involve inhaling. Not that there’s anything wrong with inhaling. But options are nice. Most of all, though, I like going there for the people. I’ve been going there for three years and the staff is fantastic. They’re just normal, cool people who are always helpful and decent and kind. The front of house people, the budtenders, the pharmacists - everyone is great. And that matters to me. In three years I’ve only had a few occasions where I needed a little assistance or had a question about an order. They’ve always been completely understanding and helpful. I still go to other places. But I’m really glad to have the North Hills Organic Remedies as my home dispensary. Thank you to everyone there. Your decency is noticed.

I moved back to the state for legal flower. As I read the reviews I have one request to all that are dissatisfied. Move states. There are states where (street weed) is what one buys illegally. At Greenlight whatever one purchases is clean. I buy flower. From the seed to me it is regulated. I moved here for a safe high. But then again I came from a state where one buys what's on the street. Thanks to Greenlight I have the pleasure of a safe high. I am thankful.

I have to say, I have been to a lot of dispensaries across this country and 315 Primo in Branson West is my absolute favorite place! Not only do they have great prices, their staff is unbeatable! Everyone I've ever encountered there is amazing, they're always smiling, I've never had anyone have an attitude, it's a great environment, great people, great products! Staff is knowledgeable about product availability, strain information & lineage & they're honest with you about what they like and don't. When you have an environment like they do, it's easy to drive the extra 40 minutes to spend your money where the business is exceptional & so are the people! You know who you are! I absolutely love this dispensary! They have ample parking & have started curbside service. The inside is quite large & very clean. The staff are all incredibly friendly & knowledgeable, offering great recommendations. They have one of the best rewards systems and saving money is super easy.

I was waited on by Megan. It doesn't matter who waits on you because service is always exceptional! Megan made sure I got all my discounts and easily processed the order. It's never a long wait time. If you're early enough, there are discounted specials. My go-to dispensary!

Love this place. It’s near my work so it’s super convenient and the staff are always very friendly and helpful. My only qualm is their supply can sometime get a little sparse for what I’m looking for, but I imagine that has more to do with suppliers and distributers than the shop themselves. There are tons of strains to choose from in the flower selection, a wide range of edibles & concentrates, and a decent variety of vapes. The staff is amazing, and prices are on par with everyone else in business, sometimes even better if you check out their online menu.

They made it very easy from start to finish and gave me a 20% discount on my first time order….I’m over 65 and this helped a lot. I also got a defective ( go figure) disposable vape and they made it super easy to return it. Lots of product on the menu which is also a bonus…PA meds are still way too high……but they do run specials and I think they have a 10% discount for seniors~
