Best weed dispensaries in Bloomington, Illinois with authentic reviews

I've been shopping here since they opened. The customer service has always been amazing. They carry the best top shelf brands as well as the best budget brands in the state and have made great improvements to their process and store. 10/10. Dont listen to these other reviews..they've consistently been one of the best in northeast ohio from my experience.

Amy at Zen Leaf is hands down the best part of the experience. I’ve been to a lot of dispensaries, but the customer service I get from Amy is on an entirely different level. She is incredibly knowledgeable, knows the menu inside and out, and always gives the absolute best recommendations. She is patient, genuinely friendly, and takes the time to make sure you find exactly what you need. It is so rare to find someone who goes above and beyond like she does, and she clearly takes massive pride in her work. Absolute rockstar employee—Zen Leaf is incredibly lucky to have her! If you are stopping in, definitely ask for Amy; she makes the whole experience a 10/10.

Super nice facility, staff is always making sure us patients are taken care of as soon as we hit the door. Online orders are super easy and efficient. One of the staff members enticed me on several products they offer and couldn't be more happy with the result.

I always have a question about certain strains and how they affect you. The staff are always helpful , knowledgeable and eager to help even when it’s busy . They make you feel like a friend and neighbor.

Is this the complaint section? There are two pick up lanes for online orders and both of them were occupied by customers who want to talk forever and get walked through the menu. I stood there for 15 minutes waiting for them to be finished with an order that they should already be finished with. Keep the online orders separated from these people who have questions. I order online because I’m in a hurry.

Great store, super helpful employees, and very competitive prices. I pass several dispensaries on my way to Apotheca, because they always deliver value in a good atmosphere. Highly recommend!

This place is awesome! Been going about once a month since they opened and have not been disappointed. The budtenders are always kind and informational, and even if there’s a wait it’s never longer than 10 minutes to get in. Every single product I’ve purchased has been amazing.

Life long smoker, I have been all over the country and tried tons of products along the way. This flower will stand toe to toe with any other flower out there. The employees additionally know what they are talking about which makes for a great experience.

Everyone is so friendly there! Sara, Tiffiany, and Brian are so helpful and make you feel comfortable during the entire visit. First dab is free btw! I am now an active regular and I not only enjoy the new store but I love interacting with the employees. Go check them out if you’re in Chattanooga! If ordering online, these people know what they’re doing when it comes to CBD. I live with chronic pain and this is a daily staple in my life. This dispensary has honestly become my go-to spot. The staff is always incredibly sweet, welcoming, and genuinely helpful every single time I come in. The girls there make the whole experience comfortable and fun instead of awkward or rushed, and you can tell they actually care about their customers. They always have awesome free swag, deals, and little extras going on, which makes it even better. The atmosphere is clean, chill, and just overall good vibes every visit. On top of that, the product quality is consistently amazing and the staff always helps me find exactly what I’m looking for. Easily one of the best dispensaries around — great people, great products, and they always make you feel appreciated as a customer. Highly recommend.
