My experience with Trinity was awesome! Good Vibes, Great atmosphere and quality products

I've been meaning to write a review for a while but just am getting to it. I give this store 5 stars simply because of the customer service alone. Simple check in process, where everyone I've talked to has greeted me with kindness and information on what to do next. When walking into the store, employees are always helpful and ready to assist. I will say specifically, I am always impressed about one individuals customer service. I'm not sure if she is Curaleaf Newark manager or assistant manager but I believe her name is Maddie. And if this is not correct spelling then I do apologize but she's the woman with black bangs and star wars tattoos. She absolutely excels at speaking to people with respect and walks every customer through the buying process and/or the next steps on how to pay on the card reader. What's good about an employee like her is that other employees see the standard that she sets and very easily creates a culture with in store that brings customers back. If possible, I'd suggest giving her a raise on top of all the good work she is already doing for the company. At the end of the day I never went out and picked a specific location to buy my THC products until now. Newark location has absolutely won my business and I'll be back many more times. - T.R. I went with a friend and they got some things, they had great quality in smoke, and it was easy to find, bud tender was nice.

Kelvin has assisted us on all, but one, of our shopping trips. His suggestions of the farm to table products have been spot on, based on our individual preferences. We are very happy with the quality of the flower and their prices will fit in with your budget. We've purchased, for the first time, a 2 gram liquid diamond Ritual vape cartridge. The cartridge is a nice size, white (inconspicuous), and the product is an easy smoke, no coughing. It's a perfect bedtime friend.

Please keep the Eddie Parker Brand around! Their products are absolutely wonderful!

Tonight Chris and (just)Max served me and I expressed through chit chat that I had a rough day. They kindly listened and made me feel much better and were professional and personable. Very nice young men! But I have not had a bad experience since they conviently opened 5 min. away from me which is cool. Various products to choose from and always clean and musical

Best shop around with the nicest budtenders out there. The selection is top notch. The building is clean and inviting. I know I have gotten anxiety just sitting in some waiting rooms but firelands is very professional and condition business as so. My go to shop and have never let me down. Great deals everyday of the week.

I'm new to the barn. First off if you thought excellent customer service was a thing of the past,look no further than the Barn. From the time you come in till the time you leave you feel important. The bud tenders are exceptional and friendly. And they do know quite a bit about their products. Well done guys and don't mind passing a shop or two to get to you. Awesome Awesome. 10 thumbs up

Sozo is underrated. It's a nice friendly dispensary. Jacquie was very patient with me. He was multitasking getting my order correct answering all of my questions. I definitely will be back.
