What I originally noticed upon being greeted by the Receptionist at Cloud was the warm and welcoming attitude she had. She was so kind! Everyone actually was! Then as I made my way back to the “BiG” room oh my goodness! I was greeted right away by at least 3 smiles however it was easy to tell exactly who my Budtender was! I gave him a run for his money too lol, I know what I want and he delivered no hesitation. He also offered a few suggestions on some sales and I obliged! Good job Cloud Cannabis Sincerely Kp

Moe took the time to explain to my wife what the difference in brand, strand, and potency of edibles for the health issues she is dealing with. Drake is also just as knowledgeable in the products and has never steered me wrong in what my wife and I buy. This is probably the best dispensary I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. If you have any questions this is the place to have them answered.

I am a frequent customer,We have got a lot of product from this wonderful place. No joke some of the best product and price for area if you go to Monroe you know what I mean. I have gotten seeds in some but it is a plant you will have that from time to time. They do need better edibles and carts for sure. I only go for flower it is outstanding, I love this place and will always go there

Alexander aka the nug master is THE BEST BUD TENDER IN MICHIGAN! Ive asked for their deli flower terp percentages for MONTHS and everyone gave me the run around with either "they dont give us that kind of information" or "we dont have access to those numbers" I asked the nug master ONE TIME and BOOM the very next visit they were listed. Genuinely the most knowledgeable cat in the house and with his hilariously descriptive product descriptions instantly made him our all time favorite. Sincerely thank you for listening and never settling, elevating the experience time and time again.

Would like to say how clean and attractive the Big Rapids store was, a big variety of house plants in the foyer was very appealing! The show room was tastefully done and showcased a very nice variety/selection of products. I may not be an expert but I know friendly, helpful and knowledgeable when I encounter it! Those qualitites were in corporated in Mike, our salesman and his co-salesperson, Kelly, to a "T". I have ptsd and anxiety issues and the staff have been nothing but respectful and helpful ! they have answered any questions and concerns I've had and have even got me started on right path with my own garden !! the medicine quality has been some of the best in town !!
