Absolutely one of the best dispensary experiences I’ve had. The team at Ivy Hall runs a tight operation while still making the atmosphere feel welcoming and genuine. You can tell management actually cares about organization, customer flow, inventory accuracy, and overall guest experience instead of just pushing people through the line. Every visit has been consistent — knowledgeable staff, solid recommendations, fast service even during rushes, and a clean, well-maintained store. The front-of-house communication and teamwork stand out more than most dispensaries I’ve been to. Staff stays professional, approachable, and patient whether you’re a regular customer or completely new to cannabis. What really separates this location is the culture. There’s a balance between professionalism and personality that makes the experience feel elevated without being pretentious. Staff was very friendly, informative, and helpful! Unfortunately, I don’t remember her name but one of the ladies there went above and beyond. The store is very nicely laid out; would definitely recommend!

LOOOOVE this dispensary!!! I honestly can't say enough good things about them. The vibe of the whole place is great, the staff is spectacular (so friendly and they remember your face), their prices are reasonable, and their deals/sales are absolutely fabulous. They sell lots of fun extra stuff, too, that's a ball to look through (for example, I got my stepdad a book of how to turn 100+ objects into something you can smoke out of - hilarious!). Can't recommend this dispensary enough!! (And DEF see them for 04/20, it's a total blast!)
The staff was very helpful, the store had a good vibe, and everything seem cleaned and organized. We were in and out in good time as well.
this location is much less intense than the others in the area. they still of course follow the security regulations, etc. but this location has great staff, and a great vibe. their point system is awesome, and they're great with their customers no matter who the employee is. their prices can't be beat either. keep up with the specials because I will keep returning if you do.
this was my first visit to a dispensary and it was great! super chill and quiet, the staff member who helped us was SUPER kind and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions! definitely would recommend, and i’ll be visiting again :)
Friendly staff and fast service every visit. Usually have some great sales going on and their living wall is awesome! Haven’t checked out the lounge yet but I’m sure it’s great.

My favorite dispo near by, great customer service and very helpful at check out, one thing that wpuld be noce though is of the ipads were not as wobbly lol always flip over when ordering, great dispo!

I changed over after having a bad experience at another closer dispensary and I have been happy with my change. they have a good menu for indica which is what I prefer and the staff is helpful if you arent sure what you want. I've noticed some of their online deals don't always come up when you check out- but it is still worth what you're getting and better choices than other places. all in all I'm happy with the change and everyone there is nice
