I am very happy with my Nature’s Care experience. I spoke with Norma for advice and information by telephone prior to placing my order; she was very knowledgeable, helpful polite and professional. I bought from this store because I live in Hyde Park, which is close to my residence. The head salesperson and trainer waited on me the first time I went. Kyle was absolutely FANTABULOUS! I came in for the first time on my birthday, and of course technology hates me, so my rewards account wasn’t working! Luckily Kyle was there to swoop in, save the day, and make my birthday absolutely magical! I don’t know what he’s getting paid but he deserves DOUBLE! Besides Kyle being an absolute ASSET to the team, the atmosphere was top tier (seriously I felt like I was stepping into a mini art installation), the prices were to die for, and the bud was almost too strong (in the best way) Thanks again Kyle, and the rest of the amazing staff for making my birthday special!
