One of the absolute best dispensaries I've ever been too. Of course I support my local dispensary but I've been to a few around and in Pittsburgh as well. Brad and Michelle helped me through one of the worst days of my life. i deal with extremely bad social anxiety and they had some idiot working the door (thank God I never saw him again after that day) that had a nasty attitude and wasn't paying attention to his job which put me in a total panic attack Both Brad and Michelle made it a priority that I was on and helped me breathe thru it. Both even gave me hugs which I desperately needed that day. The overall cool, calm, and kindness from all the employees makes anyone feel welcome... like you've known them for years. Love them all!

10/10 dispensary. People are great (employees) Management is competent which is RARE. Good leadership reflects happy workers. Products are fantastic, once in a blue moon you'll get a bad batch of SOMETHING. They make everything easy breezy! Ask questions! Be open!

Today for the first time I had trouble opening the PDF of my medical card. I was directed to talk to Chris, who really knows his way around a phone! He helped me get out to the state site just to re-download my card, and filed it away so that I had options of ways to open it. Good Job thwarting my panic attack (:. And then found me a better deal than what I had ordered and saved me about $30! They do go above and beyond here.

I am from Chicago and I have been to every weed place around exit 1 in New Buffalo. This place is hands down the best dispensary I have been to. I had corey or Cory as my bud tender. She was an expert at the strains... I have struggled with the strains that give me the high I'm looking for and she knew exactly what I was explaining to her. She was awesome and friendly and I came home with great strains I can't find in Illinois. The staff also had a computer error they had to fix from my online order and they worked hard to fix the error. I am truly happy I found a dispensary I enjoy and the vibe is awesome.
