They were courteous, safe, delivered promptly and everything was great. My only issue as a woman purchasing and having it delivered I would prefer a cashless online payment method. Fortunately they sent a woman to my home, but from a safety aspect always having that much cash for drivers and just the process seems unsafe and outdated.

What I originally noticed upon being greeted by the Receptionist at Cloud was the warm and welcoming attitude she had. She was so kind! Everyone actually was! Then as I made my way back to the “BiG” room oh my goodness! I was greeted right away by at least 3 smiles however it was easy to tell exactly who my Budtender was! I moved here 5 years ago and drive 50 miles away to TC to buy at the Lighthouse. Before making Lighthouse my dispensary above all others in Traverse City, I did see many other ones in TC and they were just ok to me. When I went for my first time to Lighthouse, they were very cool, knowledgable and did not try to sell you all kinds of products that you probably will not use. I found this when shopping in Ann Arbor and other places which is annoying as I am pretty savvy already and on to this behavior. My products are always there and I try to choose the popular brands that customers keep coming back for because they work well. My favorite bud tender is Lindsey because she explains things well when buying something new, and she actually asks what I am using for (if you care to share). Myself, it's chronic pain from a neck issue and I am allergic to many RX pain medications. No I do not want to take them. You will see that this dispensary is the best in Traverse City bar none! Enjoy.

Always friendly, patient and fun! I rarely go anywhere else. Rewards system is top tier as well. Vendors onsite with freebies often. Fun events for holidays. Great hours, conveniently off the TART trail so I walk in.

Chill spot. I honestly only buy their house brand products. The new live resin pods are pretty nice. Employees are always chill and friendly people. They are also helpful and willing to do a little extra to make your visit pleasant.
