I absolutely LOVE RISE Naperville! They are my GO TO Medical dispensary. Their staff takes the time to go over a lot of helpful information if you are unsure how to use a product, or if it's your first time trying something new. I sometimes have a lot of questions, and they're always able to answer them and help me find the right product or strain to combat the symptoms I'm trying to fight. Specifically three individuals have really helped me with these things. Tyler, Frankie, and Ryan ALWAYS are fast and reliable. They always have a happy, positive attitude. Something you RARELY encounter while going to pickup your meds! They each take the time to listen and care. All while being fast and doing and amazing job! Thank you all so much for what you do! I will continue to be a loyal patient!

of the 7 or so dispensaries I've visited in CO and IL this is one of the ones I've liked better. Good variety of products, friendly and polite but not overbearing staff, not too terribly loud or bright or confusing for those of us with medical conditions that could be disorienting or distressing for those of us with certain medical conditions, actually clearly and easily wheelchair accessible, definitely will be coming back.

I changed over after having a bad experience at another closer dispensary and I have been happy with my change. they have a good menu for indica which is what I prefer and the staff is helpful if you arent sure what you want. I've noticed some of their online deals don't always come up when you check out- but it is still worth what you're getting and better choices than other places. all in all I'm happy with the change and everyone there is nice

this location is much less intense than the others in the area. they still of course follow the security regulations, etc. but this location has great staff, and a great vibe. their point system is awesome, and they're great with their customers no matter who the employee is. their prices can't be beat either. keep up with the specials because I will keep returning if you do.
