I absolutely love UTOKEM! The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly! They were willing to spend time with me and answer all of my questions about starting some auto flower strains, everything you need right there. I have to say, I have been to a lot of dispensaries across this country and 315 Primo in Branson West is my absolute favorite place! Not only do they have great prices, their staff is unbeatable! Everyone I've ever encountered there is amazing, they're always smiling, I've never had anyone have an attitude, it's a great environment, great people, great products! Staff is knowledgeable about product availability, strain information & lineage & they're honest with you about what they like and don't. When you have an environment like they do, it's easy to drive the extra 40 minutes to spend your money where the business is exceptional & so are the people! You know who you are! This is the only place I go in Alva. The owners really seem to love what they do and it shows. They have a nice range of different products so there is something there for everyone, and the prices are great. My favorite thing about it though is whenever I go in, I feel less like I'm shopping and more like I'm just stopping to talk to a friend. It's a very comfortable and chill atmosphere.

Share dispensary definitely delivers five service. The disposable I got last week was faulty. I contacted their customer service through email it's pretty easy on the website and they gave me some store credit. I came in today and left the store with three pre-rolls and a new disposable pen. I do appreciate the staff at shared dispensary for taking care of me

I love the warm welcome I get from the lady everytime I come in! Along with great weekly deals, this is my favorite place to go in claremore! No tax as well is amazing! I'm almost to my 10th visit on my card where I will be receiving a deal too!

I've been here several times. Def my go-to spot. Always friendly and helpful. Never too long of a wait. Online menu stays very up to date (as soon as something runs out, the site is immediately updated). Great product. Awesome specials. Definitely look into their specials on the site. They also have an early bird special (7am-9am) and twilight special (7pm-9pm) where you can buy 3 of anything and get a 4th for $1 which can help bring down the cost but you can't combine it with other deals. Right now they have the best deals in town on grass (Lula's and High Supply) and concentrates (Lula's and Bedford Grow)

Desirea is pretty cool, every time I go in there we have good conversations and she makes great recommendations. I’ve gone to other dispensaries in the area and I’m not gonna lie, this one’s my favorite! Their flower has good quality and good prices, same with their pre rolls. And they have deals for every day of the week!

Since I've been coming to the store big buds, I've really enjoyed it. The people are nice, their understanding. They're very educated. They do explain things to you which I found that in this door but not all others they act like, you know, they don't want to talk to you. And they echo, like, it hurts them to explain something to you. I had a bad experience with a few, and I 'm not going. I'm to do that again.

Awesome experience! Long read, BUT please take the time. I couldn't have asked for a better first-time experience for ALL of this. For this being something that's typically "scary" for first time users, you won't have that experience here. A little about my AMAZING experience. When I arrived, I was welcomed by the "door checker." It was chilly out and my first time (One page questionnaire to best serve you) and the "door checker" done his best to quickly sign me in, ensuring I wouldn't get cold. Once signed in I was brought in and asked preference in product to try. Once decision was made, I was taken to the next employee for the next step in the process. I was lead through the process and informed about the different perks/benefits in each of the different product options, ensuring I was comfortable, and knew what I was looking at, before proceeding. Once I chose my products of choice, I was informed of total and given a free T-Shirt, coke-can cooly, and a 20% discount, JUST for being a first-time customer. Paid for products, the products were explained and how to navigate use, if wasn't familiar. Was informed the benefits of each thing that was in the product I purchased and the things it could help with. Was then given an information sheet with the different benefits of things in the products and pharmacist information, should I ever have any questions. Then, was handed my purchased products and walked to the door. There's so much concern, care, love, knowledge, & passion, in these employees & what they do, that it's impossible for it to go unnoticed. For example, the employee that helped me with my decision in product, based on my needs AND preferences, stepped out with me to ensure me that I wasn't alone in my journey and not to be ashamed. That there was no such thing as a dumb question. They were all there with knowledge of different levels and if one didn't know another would. They learn from the pharmacist regularly, in varies ways. Didn't rush me off. Let me talk as long as I wanted/needed. Definitely made sure I knew I was welcomed back anytime. Also informed me about the delivery service option, should I ever want/need to use it. Before the end (and many times during) they ensured me it was ok to ask questions if I had any.
