It's all my opinion and my opinion is showin love. I've had the opportunity to see catalyst and the two stores that I'm familiar with grow and sustain the community around me through Covid with the cannabis and medicine they needed with love. Through the kindness commitment and love of the owners and community patrons of Catalyst, Anna and Elliot as well as their supporters, friends and investors to provide the community with the nutrition that they need. These individuals have made a commitment to do what is right by providing services for the people in the form of a variety of medicines and nutrition for people to enjoy to open their minds, hearts and spirits in a time of great trial. I wax poetic because it is heroic to take on these advocacy's for people when others will not. I want to thank catalyst and its community for the upright expression of cannabis in it's sacred stewardship to allow it to support, heal and help the people at prices that are reasonable, orientated towards the community, and well-being of not only the community , also the plant itself and all those involved with it. Most of the people are friendly and helpful however… Occasionally, I have found a condescending less than polite individual. Generally, a very nice place.
Great environment, everyone who worked there was so kind and seemed to genuinely enjoy their job. The doorman was friendly and told me exactly what to expect as a first time customer. The budtender who assisted me, Marcus, took the time to listen to my needs and educated me on the products I was interested in— not only on the effects, but differences in ingredients and how the were made. He made recommendations in every price range, he stepped away to let me browse the store alone and happily stepped in when I had any questions. From overhearing other conversations, all the budtenders seemed extremely knowledgeable and all had meaningful conversations with customers— not just sales pitches. It was refreshing and I will be back!

First time visit I was impressed. I came with one product in mind. Alejandro (Alex) suggested another after a brief conversation with me. I'm so glad he did, a great tip. The entire staff was friendly from the receptionist to the bud tender. Even the security guards didn't look like they were having a bad day as most do.

This is one of the last old school shops that have original OG feeling. Their licensed by the state of California. Their marijuana products are high-end, be prepared to pay high-end dollars. You can get some stuff reasonably on sale through the reader, or you can catch them in the morning time as the whole store happy hours are from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. There is also a membership option for all customers. Rack up $20 points you can use that as spending cash in the store.
Such a huge beautiful store. Even when there are lines, they move customers in quickly! The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. They know it all! They don’t try to upsell you or rush you. They make sure you get exactly what you need every time! The location is so clean and organized. One of my favorite shops of all time fersure!
Had a problem with a broken pen with my order but I spoke with 2 nice ladies and got scheduled a replacement delivery the next day.

I just moved to downtown Los Angeles recently and I tried a couple spots , but this is my go to Dispo . Not being from Cali im not familiar with some strains . But they suggested a couple that were on point . Super friendly . Super fast . Super fire! Thanks guys!

first time going in a dispo since moving from az and I must say top notch all around.service was fast and smooth and quality was amazing! picked up a half of aster Mac fresh from dec for 50 with ftp discount and I am not in the least bit disappointed!! would definitely recommend and will be returning. also I left my DL and they called me and told me very promptly and even held it til I can come back again. you all are the best! thank you!
