The new product selection is incredible—thoughtfully curated and clearly chosen with customers in mind. Whether you’re a seasoned cannabis user or just exploring, the staff makes it easy to find what you need. I personally struggle with sleep, and Jocelyn took the time to listen and recommend products that actually worked for me. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and completely on point. I mistakenly complained about a charge on my Credit Card from NUGG. The mistake was all mine - I had forgotten that I asked for a three year membership (vs one year). I was kindly and professionally contacted by NUGG in regard to my comment - including an offer to amend my license. I really liked the set up of the store. It looked fresh and clean. The girl helping me was really nice and knowledgeable. She put me on to a brand I hadn’t tried before and I’m glad I took her advice. That Turtle Pie smacked hard. Will be back soon for sure.

The staff is awesome! I bought the wrong thing and realized it when got to my car. The manager did an exchange with no questions asked. I also asked him what would be best for my situation. He was so very helpful! I will never go anywhere else. Also the prices are awesome. And I get a senior discount which helps a lot.

There’s a wide variety of concentrates and flower, the prices are fair, and overall it’s just a nice experience coming in here. All I have to say is we needed something like this this place is clean awesome a lot of their stuff is reasonably priced. The staff is awesome.
