My experience was excellent. Kind and friendly service, prompt delivery, great communication. Best of all, legit merchandise! This is also the only place that had Lamb's Bread on delivery, so it was a real treat; I'm grateful and feeling focused.

Ordered 12 plants online. Delivery is next day. My driver arrived but my debit card wasn't working. He was very patient and I asked if he could follow me to the bank to get the cash. He was very nice about everything so I gave him a $30 tip. Plants are healthy and green and once I get them acclimated they will go into big pots.

I have been a customer at Pure Aloha for a few years. I always order online first, then quickly receive a rapid text message acknowledging the order, and soon after; most often within 30 minutes, the order is ready! The staff are always very pleasant and welcoming. The store is always tidy. The service is prompt.

Came to the other location on old Oakland road but this place is just as great I think better personally

Amazing customer service. I was picking up my son’s order and mine. A co worker asked for the names to help out. Didn’t realize I received the wrong order. Correct first name. So I had to come back and return the incorrect order for the correct one. While at the time it seemed to feel like forever, the return went great, I was told “sorry and we appreciate your patience”. The employees are amazing, friendly and very helpful. Even snagged a new item, due to the wonderful girl working, explained the effects and that was awesome. Will continue to go to Curaleaf! The staff is so great! They are friendly and efficient at taking and delivering orders. I've never had any issues. The prices are so good and they always have a great sale going on. They keep my favorite products in stock so I never have to go anywhere else!
