I can’t recommend this place enough! I’ve been in a few times now, and every visit has been great. The moment you walk in, the vibe is super welcoming, clean, and modern. The staff really makes the experience. They’re friendly, patient, and actually know their stuff. Whether you need a solid recommendation or already know what you want, they take the time to help out without making you feel rushed. Their menu is top tier with great quality across the board, and the consistency has been spot on every time. Checkout is quick, prices are fair, and they always have good deals going. Everyone who works here is helpful and friendly without being overbearing. They genuinely WANT to help you find products that will help YOU and never upsell specific strains or goods over others. I never feel pressured to spend more money—though their selection of product is impressive so you kinda always end up spending more than originally planned—and often have personal anecdotes that reassure you about how well a given item is going to work. Prime example: I had questions about the differences between CBD and CBG content in various edibles and vapes (Gotham has DOZENS of each btw!) and the person who helped me, Toni, was incredible detailed and comprehensive in her explanation. The employees at Gotham know what they’re talking about. It’s very admirable that they not only get paid to sell cannabis products, but also that they have clearly been trained and educated about cannabis and its many positive effects, medical AND recreational uses, as well as less positive effects that certain people might want to watch out for. The storefront is beautiful and the space feels curated. Every employee is super laid back and just wants to help. If you wanna browse at your own pace, they always respect that and hang back til you’re ready to check out. A+++++++ for Gotham and I highly recommend them. Prices are decent/fair, too.
The space is so cool and designed unlike any other dispensary I’ve ever seen! The staff is super friendly and helpful. The tablets are great for product knowledge as well! Would definitely recommended checking them out!
I love it here. Points build quickly and everyone is so knowledgable. They also do days where they partner with the spca to help dogs and cats get adopted. Last time they paid adoption fees for customers if they adopted one of their featured animals.

Their prices are fair for the quality offered, and the product selection is impressive—you’ll likely find what you’re looking for, no matter your preference. Compared to other dispensaries in the area, this is one of the few spots where I’d feel comfortable enough to sit down and relax—if you know, you know. Bonus points - The Latina ladies on staff are not only helpful but charming—definitely adds to the vibe! If you’re in Journal Square and need a reliable dispensary, Golden Door should be at the top of your list.

The staff was very helpful. The store is boutique-y in a good way. It is small and the atmosphere is warm and intimate. I have been happy with their recommendations. I am a light to moderate user and dispensaries can feel intimidating. I feel comfortable at Yerba Buena and it is my preferred place to shop if I am looking for something new to try.

Staff was really friendly. I ordered online and picked up in store which was super fast. I was able to find a different strain from all the other shops around here and I love the Aloha Punch. It Tastes good, it’s packaged well and fits a standard battery. I worked 30 hours in 3 days with hardly any sleep and today is my first day off. I am literally so exhausted and felt like I couldn’t do anything. I promise you, when I took the first couple hits I got a boost of energy and I could all of the sudden tolerate everyone’s talking and started cleaning immediately. This will be my go to spot and strain!

The fact the security held the door open for me to make sure I could easily get in and out of the store and offered to get me a wheelchair means the world to me. He went above and beyond his duties and it’s something I’ll never forget 11/10 highly recommend them!
