I currently live in Missouri. I am originally from Lisbon Falls. that don't matter. what does, is that this dispensary was clean, orderly, with exceptionally friendly staff. the quality of products was good. I travel a lot and I can say, this is by far one of my favorites

Every time I go this REV-FRESH POND, the environment & atmosphere is very welcoming. The staff is also very good at making sure you ordered what you like & will even give you suggestions if they know of something better or a sale etc. that you may like. They'll take as much time as you need, (respectfully). THEY LISTEN TO THE CUSTO.ERS!! New product has come around. Whether it's REV or Guest Cultivar, THEY ORDERED!!! I was so happy to see their menu yesterday, fully stocked, sales etc. SALES EVERYDAY TOO!!! HAD AN AWESOME END TO MY DAY YESTERDAY BY STOPPING BY REV!!! THANK YOU TO ALL THE STAFF WHO MAKE YOUR EXPERIENCE AT REV THAT MUCH BETTER!!!

My wife and I were in the area and decided to stop by and I'm so glad that we did.. We were immediately greeted and welcomed warmly by the beautiful and friendly Mo... She was so helpful and knowledgeable in helping us with our purchase and made everything so easy.. Berkshire Roots is hands down the best dispensary in town. I ordered here because for one reason or another, all my other favorite spots were either closed for the day or out of what I wanted and WOW was that ever a happy accident! I'm a bit out of the way for these folks over here in Falmouth, but I called and they answered all my questions and said they could deliver to me, no worries! I decided to go all in on the White Label gummies because I have a high tolerance and I need to see what kind of mileage I can get from $25/500mg. I prefer pectin gummies to gelatin gummies for taste, but I'll eat either. These vegan gummies are the best gummies I've ever tasted by a mile and they slap like a salty step-parent. I absolutely recommend these to any patients looking for a solid high-dose edible option, these are a steal for the price and imo they're one of the best gummies around for flavor and texture. I also got a freebie nug of some Kush Mints that looks/smells like the stuff of dreams. I can literally smell it through the mylar, we're talkin' noise complaint loud! FWIW, I'm a disabled patient w/ accessibility needs this company was happy to accommodate. Thank you, I'm sure I'll be back!

Prices are way to much here double than most others

I typically shop at the Central Sq. and Fresh pond locations and the quality is always SUPERB! Every time I visit this dispensary, the budtenders are always super helpful and never fail to impress me; they definitely prioritize saving me money while serving me with kindness. 10/10 recommend! (Get the Rev access card, it’s super worth it!)

Triple chocolate cookie live rosin was great. Coming from VT where concentrates are capped at 60% it was nice to get some dank. Nice atmosphere and budtender was kind and I didn’t feel rushed.

Great conversations with the staff, lots of variety in the cartridges. The transportation credit is another plus. First time visiting, definitely will be back!
