My wife and I have been using Cloud Nine in Grande Isle for the past two years and have always received great service by staff. Their deep level of respect and spot in recommendations have been greatly appreciated. As an example, we were there tonight and needed a product to help my wife sleep, which is hard for her to do because of arthritis. The young man there (I wish I got his name) knew immediately what she needed and he was exactly what you want to see in these important roles: knowledge and an ability to seamlessly glide into a customers demeanor of needing a guide, an ear, a shoulder and a genuine interest in his/her situation. When we got home and researched his recommendation, it had everything that my wife needs in it. All of the staff we've worked with are great and their products are high quality. I enjoy getting my weed here the prices are great especially the last few months money has been tight so I can sometimes get a 8th for 22.00 dollars and two pre rolls for 10.00 dollars and it's a gram pre roll too. So I love it and I'm going to be going in a little while to get a 8th and a pre roll. Keep up the good prices.

I love this shop! I always come here to pick up any products I need, the staff is always friendly & down to earth. My favorite service member is Bleau, she is always so sweet & helpful & she is always happy to see her returning customers! She is also insanely creative, & you can tell when she has worked on one of the signs because of how lovely it looks. :)

Went today to give simply herb another chance. Haven't bought from there in at least a year. Low and behold they have a 7g Bananaconda slamming. For only 35 it has a great taste for Simply Herb.. I'll go there again for it!
