I bought the infused hot cocoa and after trying to follow the instructions on the bag for at least 10min. I got frustrated and cut it open and when I tried to transfer it to another container I managed to spill a good amount I couldn't save. When I reached out to BR I heard back within 24hrs and received a phone call soon after. Kathy from marketing not only gave me my money back, but she also threw in some merch!! I am so impressed with the speedy customer service!! Thank you for a very positive experience!!

As a medical customer, I've been to many other dispensaries in a wide area, checking them out. Berkshire Roots is by far the best of all those I've been to. Great specials and benefits for people with a state Patient ID. Always a fast track line for medical people so you don't have to wait if it's busy. (Not sure what the other reviewers were doing, maybe they missed the Medical Aisle sign?) Will always be back again, won't bother with anywhere else. Always great selections at reasonable prices and often have good specials and discounts as well, and a good atmosphere. Always a very nice experience.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Heka, and I can't say enough about the fantastic experience I had there. From the moment I stepped inside, I was impressed by the welcoming atmosphere and the knowledgeable staff. Heka is not your average dispensary. The interior is beautifully designed, creating a calming and inviting ambiance. The team members are not only friendly but also incredibly well-informed about their products. They patiently answered all my questions and helped me find the perfect strains for my needs. What sets Heka apart, in my opinion, is the quality of their products. I love this place. I have been going here for all my needs for over a year. Since I got my med card anyway. I'm a veteran their 30% discount makes it to where I can buy flower I normally couldn't afford. I'm truly grateful for this place! I just wish they would honor my loyalty points. I had almost 70. Then they just went away. Besides that, a locally owned business for local people. They work hard to keep the best medicine in stock. I got a Galenas 14.15g bag a few days ago. going back tomorrow for a half of Moroccan Peaches!

Overall, this is my go-to favorite dispensary in this area. Most of their selection is high quality for a decent price. Fridays are 30% off all flower, so that’s my favorite time to go. The staff is knowledgeable of their products and can guide you in the right direction. They also offer to help you safely get to your car if it’s later in the day, especially because they’re open until 8 PM 7 days a week. All the staff is welcoming whether you’re new or a regular.
