I can’t imagine going anywhere else! I love it at Elkins Park. Being a newbie I was nervous. They made me feel comfortable and safe. Not knowing exactly what to get I found Staci to be very friendly and helpful. She broke it all down to me so I could understand what to get. She also made recommendations that were always good. She goes above and beyond getting me a chair to sit being disabled.

Always have everything I need, staff is friendly and welcoming, deals are unbeatable its my go to dispensary! 10/10 highly recommend!! P.S. Ask for Cassie she’s the best!!

This location has an extremely welcoming staff. I’ve been to the other locations and this one is the only one in Tidewater I use because the staff here knows what’s up. They will remember who you are, what you like, help you with the app so you get the best price, and tell you when your favorite is on sale. They’ll help you setup the reward app, and most importantly, they will help you make the right decision about what to get. And believe me you want the right thing, this isn’t the cannabis you’re used to from the street. I’m super impressed with all the employees and everything Ive enjoyed from Zen Lead Norfolk.

This is the epitome of what a local dispensary should be. The staff are friendly and knowledgable, the menu is clearly visible and legible, and the atmosphere is always positive and uplifting. "Everything is great except for the picture of the Avexia pain relief "balm". The picture shows the pump with the lotion, but when I received my order, it turned out that they only had the balm, which is greasy for your hands. I had ordered three bottles of lotion, but received balm instead. That's all." ( I even called to make sure they had it)
