Everybody is friendly and professional from the security to the counter staff .. call ahead service is great along with the selection.. A++

Great place but a little disappointed after driving 45 minutes to find they wouldn't honor what was on my invoice, saying 1 ounce was the limit. If so, they shouldn't have sent back the Leafly invoice showing my more ordered products if they weren't going to fill it all.

Coming to Greengold is like visiting friends and family. First thing you notice is how clean it is. It even smells clean when you walk in . The product is amazing and I love the options: I particularly like the tinctures. That being said , what stands out the most Is the staff. The customer service is the beat around ,for sure. They are knowledgeable and friendly and are always smiling. The manager, Amanda is amazing and makes me feel comfortable asking questions and always makes time for me. I see the way she interacts with her staff and wonder, is that what makes everyone so happy here? She is always friendly. Can’t say enough good things about this place.

This location is never crowded. Orders are filled promptly when placed online. They have a rewards program. And they carry my fovoriye vendor which is Tower Three.

I see there’s some mention about the online service. This is specifically related to the store off of River Highway. Always good service. Great people,clean good products at a reasonable price. Only place worth buying from in the area.

I only go to Apotheca locations in general to buy my products as I have come to trust them immensely because I know they only carry quality products! I was so happy when the Mooresville location opened as I work in Mooresville but live in another town, having this location is super convenient for my work week to pick up things and the staff is always so extremely friendly! I love how welcoming they always are to me and how they always have great knowledge for any product question I may have! I wanted to be sure I wrote a review for this location as I have for other locations that I have visited because Apotheca really just knows how to do customer service right and I wanted other potential customers to know that the staff at this location is a wonderful and helpful staff if you need guidance on products! They have certainly stepped up there game that one of the best dispensers in the city as of today. The quality of the buds are amazing. Can't beat the deals as well. in that guy that wrote a bad review of this place he probably didn't even live in this city cuz he said he there was no sign out front He's full of crap he needs something for his eyes. oh and he's complain he had a standing line cuz he's a fool he doesn't know how to read signs

As always Natures Medicine comes thru for the only place with the variety of live resin or rosin products. Everyone else stays with just distillates. That’s why there’s always my first choice.
