My experience with garden remedies my first experience with garden remedies was a few years ago. I was a little nervous about going into a new Dispensary, but the young gentleman helped me very nicely. He made suggestions. I had a new Medical marijuana card. It was my first experience being in this kind of a facility he made it very easy and make sure I got the proper discount with my new Medical marijuana card and offered me a card to get it punched every time I went into the store for at least four visits. It was an awesome Kind experience. It is always quite clean and atmosphere absolutely wonderful people. There are very friendly and kind always willing to go the extra mile this is always a place to make my experience with them very pleasurable. Thank you very much. I absolutely adore the staff at cana. They are so kind. I ordered a dozen pre-rolls and they sorted them by saliva and indica and had them banded separately, how incredible is that. They're all beyond kind and patient, even during recent tech upgrades and when they're wildly busy. The store is also always clean and smells nice.

Good experience overall. The customer service rep who checked me in,is friendly and knowledgeable about product. I was called up to the back very quickly and the bud tender was honest and didn’t try to sell me shit, he was straight up about everything. The price was on point for a half gram disposable, just what I was looking for since I’m only in town for a couple more days. He recommended a disposable that I probably would have never looked at but this hits hard. Only regret is I didn’t get the names of the product or the friendly folks who helped me.

any comments from people who are wanting to get in & out quickly seem to be associated with the medical patients who smoke their medication. every news story we see about how cannabis doesn't do anything for health is based on the common idea that smoking cannabis is the best way to consume it for medicinal purposes. the non-program doctors are hanging us all with this nonsense. because the most common use is smoking & we live in a democracy, doctors can safely say that using cannabis will do nothing for human health. in reality, they should be required to add one word. smoking cannabis has no medical benefits or harms. all the compounds in cannabis have a very low burning temperature & freebasing is the best way to destroy all the beneficial components of any plant. harvest of columbus is a family run business & that is the difference among all the other money changers & big pharm liars trying to transition safely, if it ever happens, to a cannabis based medical system. the people at harvest are the most real out of all the liars, cheaters & thieves that only give the accurate information facilitating a sale that benefits the individual bud tender. the bud tenders are medical professionals & pharmacy qualified. i expect more, ethically, from bud tenders as they are pharmacy representatives. the name dispensary should be reserved for only the recreational market. if a state has both recreational & medical the term for a pharmacy should be a pharmacy for medical cannabis. it's only right considering the state of ohio board of pharmacy is on the cards we print out. good job by harvest of columbus for being honest, ethical & knowledgeable. their understanding of terpenes is specifically impressive to me.

I've been experiencing product not weighing what it's said to be. A 3.5 1/8 and 1/4 have been lacking product and after complaining i was given a discount on my last purchase but it was even less then the last one , Paid 45 dollars and only got a gram and a half after rolling small cones . -3!!! i'm so disappointed as this store was my favorite store , The staff are wonderful and friendly but not receiving what i thought i was getting has me me questioning the chain of command of receiving product from the companies that are sold in the store. I have mentioned this problem numerous times and the only answer i ever get is that its not the Stores problem ,its the import from the distribution centers.. Is this a fair way to conduct business ?? The consumer is almost a Buyer beware , if we get less then we paid for its our problem not the store i buy from .. I don't understAnd why no one checks inventory that's been complained about on numerous times , instead the store makes the money and the custermer is left to just " Deal with it" I'm extremely bummed out about this but it appears no one cares

Went today to give simply herb another chance. Haven't bought from there in at least a year. Low and behold they have a 7g Bananaconda slamming. For only 35 it has a great taste for Simply Herb.. I'll go there again for it!

I am in the parking lot of the Commonwealth alternative the dispensary I was met by Kyle cuz Nico was not here I love them both the security guard Jamal he's very friendly he come out and helped me and especially Julie she came and gave me some toilet paper because I needed some and they were in a box I was sort of embarrassed but all I'm trying to tell everybody is this place is amazing and what makes it amazing is the staff that works here I feel that they really do care it's not just a job for them for them to be able to deal with me and I'm all over the place I recommend this place highly to anybody great staff
