They drive 40 minutes just to get to my house. Never had an issue and I never had to wait more than 4 hours. They answer the phone right away and text right away. This location has an extremely welcoming staff. I’ve been to the other locations and this one is the only one in Tidewater I use because the staff here knows what’s up. They will remember who you are, what you like, help you with the app so you get the best price, and tell you when your favorite is on sale. They’ll help you setup the reward app, and most importantly, they will help you make the right decision about what to get. And believe me you want the right thing, this isn’t the cannabis you’re used to from the street. I’m super impressed with all the employees and everything Ive enjoyed from Zen Lead Norfolk.
